What would happen if a Russian ship were to be seized and found full of chemical weapons heading for Syria?
Pretty much like the Cuban weapons smuggled into North Korea disguised as Cuban sugar.
The newly arrived Russian chemical weapons were intended to be handed over to United Nations to avoid US bombing while keeping existing Syrian chemical weapons well hidden for future use.
What would happen?
How likely is this?
1 AnswerCurrent Events8 years agoDo limited production sports cars need to pass crash and emissions test to be street legal in US and Europe?
What's considered limited production? Is there a limit in units sold over a given time period after which you need to pass all tests?
Now What about emissions, Do they need to pass the sniffer emissions test? What other tests are done?
What else is needed to be street legal i.e. windshield, wipers, lights, etc?
2 AnswersOther - Cars & Transportation8 years agoHas there ever been a convertible/open custom-made car with gullwing doors?
Of course it would be needed to have a rollbar behind the driver to support the rear gullwing door hinges.
2 AnswersOther - Cars & Transportation8 years agoCan/will the US govt use spying blackmail/sue its citizens for downloading copyrighted material, watching porn?
Let's suppose gov't is spying someone (or even everyone of us) as a routine terrorist watch.
And they spot some copyrighted material downloading, watching porn or some other low impact internet behaviors.
Will they sue or blackmail the guy for it?
Will they HAVE to accuse the guy for copyright infringement? As they were witnesses to an illegal activity even if its mild? Will they be liable for knowing of and not reporting illegal activities?
Just curious on how far spying can get.
2 AnswersLaw & Ethics8 years agoIs it me or the girls on the Blurred lines Robert Thicke video look drugged?
Specially on the non-nude video version.
Their eyes look a bit red, and expresionless.
2 AnswersOther - Music8 years agoWhy most terrorists are muslim or arab? Is it learned behavior or genetics?
Is it genetic because centuries of living in such an arid and boring land made them feel bad about themselves thus prone to violence?

Any cars, concept-cars, customs or one-offs with such layout?
Something like this:

1 AnswerOther - Cars & Transportation8 years agoWill Volkswagen lose its customer base once women realize they are troublesome cars?
And I guess its already underway.
A (female) friend had a New Beetle which we had to push out of the road as it stalled and won't start until you waited several minutes.
Another one had a convertible Golf which had fuel injection or computer problems.
Another one was paying installments for several weeks for a car that staid in the repair shop.
Maybe its me but looks like its too much to be coincidence to have several friends with troublesome VWs.
While modern VWs attract girls they require a reliable car as they know little about car maintenance or repairs.
8 AnswersVolkswagen8 years agoWhat's the name of the (old) movie where in heaven you are judged by the good things you chose not to do?
I guess it's from the 80s.
The main character dies and goes to heaven and he's shown in a screen the moments in his life where he was dubious.
There's a scene where he said "I never lied to my parents" and he's told "Would you want me to show you at least 10,000 times when you lied to them?"
There's another scene where another character went broke and instead of using his last dollars to eat for a few days he wisely chose to take a trip.
1 AnswerMovies8 years agoHow classic car designers created smooth curvy bodies molds without computers and splines?
Did they just make plans for some wooden ribs, then filled the empty spaces with clay, sanding them by hand hoping to get a smooth and continuous surface?
1 AnswerSculpture8 years ago3D studio max vs Maya for car body design?
Please detail the pros/cons of each one. thanks.
5 AnswersProgramming & Design8 years agoWhy they just don't stop unemployment benefits and TAX being unemployed?
Thus everyday that you are unemployed you accumulate owed taxes that you must pay when you get another job.
Then you will see millions "miraculously" finding jobs
1 AnswerEconomics9 years agoIs it true that limited-production supercars don't have to pass crash tests?
How limited their production has to be so they avoid crash-tests? both in the US and EU?
What if the cars were built in the US or EU? Would they still avoid crash tests?
What if a supercar manufacturer proactively decided to crash-test their cars, Could they deduct the crashed cars expenses from taxes or something?
1 AnswerOther - Cars & Transportation9 years agoIs it true that 4wd sport cars are difficult to control once they slide?
I've heard it everywhere.
Few drifters drive 4wd, but asphalt rally cars are obviously 4wd.
What gives?
