Dish soap and elbow grease doesn't seem to be doing much good anymore. And yes,I know that the best thing to do would be to buy new ones. But being frugal (OK, a cheapskate) means that I'd like to get some more use out of my old ones.

Did you ever think to yourself "man I don't need that kind of pressure in my life right now", why can't someone else prevent them?

You meet someone at school or work and become friends with them. They seem like a really cool person. Then you start to meet some of their other friends from their neighborhood or whatever and they are all a bunch of goofballs. And you wonder how this cool person got to be friends with all of these losers.

And what about Sirius versus XM?

They are talking to the owner about the place and agree to buy it. They ask the farmer, "do ya got a mule that comes with tha place"? The farmer, sensing their ignorance, says to them "I don't have a mule, but I have some mule eggs around back that are about to hatch". The farmer takes them around to his watermelon patch and sells them 2 "mule eggs". The 2 country boys put the "mule eggs" into the back of their truck to take them home. They hit a big bump on the way home and the watermelons bounce out of the truck into the ditch. This scares up 2 rabbits who happened to be in the ditch and they take off like a shot across a field. One of the country boys sees this and yells to the other, " oh man, they're gettin away"! The 2 guys jump out of the truck and chase after them for 15 minutes.

Finally, one says to the other,"forget it, forget it, let em go! I don't wanna plow that fast anyway"!

One of them decides on a plan of action. He says to the other one,"let's drag the mule down to the creek". So they tug and pull and push until they have the mule down by the creek. The first one says," you hold his head down in the water and I'm gonna go around back and siphon him through". After a few minutes, the one in back starts spitting and choking and says to the one holding the mule's head, "pick up his head a little bit cause he's sucking mud"!

Leftovers were either eaten cold or you had to reheat them on the stove. No such thing as instant meals back in the day.

You place your pointer over someone's avatar and you get their info, points total, best answers,etc. Some people's best answer percentage is lower when you click onto their avatar to look at their profile. Mine is like that. Anyone got an explanation or idea why that is?

I mean, of course they approve of the message. They are the star of the message. The message is all about their supposed positive attributes. It's a bit odd to me.
