I have 99 Dodge Ram 1500 V6 Regular Cab Pickup and when i turn the A/C or the Fan it doesn't work the only time i can feel cool air coming out of the vents is when turn it on max A/C and go like 45 MPH or more but when I stop you can't feel it anymore. What could be the problem? NOTE: Heater works fine.
