  • Who is your all-time Los Angeles Lakers team?

I'd like two versions: one can be position inclusive. In other words, give me a point guard, a shooting guard, a small foward, a power foward and a center.

The 2nd version should just be your idea of the 5 best players to wear a Los Angeles Lakers uniform.

No need to explain your reasons, but if you have the time...knock yourself out!

    My lists:

    PG - Magic Johnson

    SG - Kobe Bryant

    SF - James Worthy

    PF - Kurt Rambis

    C - Kareem Abdual Jabbar

    Best all-time

Magic, Kareem, Jerry West, Kobe Bryant, Wilt, James Worthy

My apologies to Shaq, Elgin Baylor and Kwame Brown for being left off the list.

  • Can you advise on the best Indian gaming casino in Southern California?

    Solid alternative to Vegas hotel?

Friends have decided to economize and hit an indian casino here in southern california instead of vegas. There are quite a few to choose from. Anyone have any suggestions? Age group of people going: 30-50

  • Lakers 1980's vs. Lakers 2000's. Who would win a 7-game series?

Being a fan of the Lakers for over 30 years, I'm intrigued to hear everyone's answers. Personally, I think the Laker's squads of the 80's would take the series. But there are other concerns: which set of rules would you use?/which 3-point line would you use?/would the ref's let them play ala 80's rough defense, or the modern day "don't touch 'em" style?

I think the 80's squad had more overall talent and weapons, but it would be something awesome to see. What say ye?

  • Should the Lakers finally trade Lamar Odom?

I love Lamar. He plays injured, he's has great talent, and he is still young, but.........he still hasn't taken that next step. Kobe's fault? I don't know, but I think a true star could handle playing next to a superstar. I also think he takes himself out way too many times emotionally when he's not receiving the calls (I know lots of players do, but he pretty consistent with that). Oh, and one other thing...he misses too many layups for someone 6'10.
