What's the easiest and safest way to invest $2300 to get money back soon possibly

Ok so i am getting $2,500 back from taxes. I have a credit card that has $4,150 on it. Is there a way I can say "listen I'll pay you $2,500 right now and we can settle this card or something. I have had this card for years, and have been tying to pay it off for years, also it's at a 29.99% that they will not lower.

So, I have two cards. One is $4,600 the other is $1,500. The $4,600 has a high IR. I want to use $1500 to pay towards one of them. Now, if I pay off the $1,500 card, then the account will be closed!! which is great!. If I put it towards the $4,600 I will still be paying towards both cards and I'm not sure that will help me? your thoughts?

ie (online bank statements, credit card company to know who I use for credit cards or general searches)? I don't want him one day to be like, so I see your buying a washer and dryer from sears, because I see you went to sears.com ? ? ? ?

Or.....should I save it and use it slowly for bills? i need it as I live pay check to pay check. But paying off the card would be nice. ??

we went camping a few years ago in maine. the camp ground had it's own mini MAN MADE lake. they had tent sites right on the water. it was in a town with a strange name and it was a few hours into maine, i think. it's a nice place, but i don't recall the name??? anyone?

I have just come across a box of books that I got at a yard sale. A closer look at the books found that a good portion of them are from 1930 and some from 1860 1870, along with books that say President Johnson is the current president. However it is the Quarterly prints about the Nazi Germany and Hitler that seem to be interesting. just asking, Money wise ? what am I looking at or who do I ask to find out?

I have over $50,000 in student loans. I have over $9,000 in Credit Cards. I have monthly rent, car payment, phone and utility bills and it’s hard to keep up, I work full-time and getting another job is not a possibly. ? Should I do it, and I know it hurts your credit, but I’m just making it by. I made two much to get “government support” however it is sometimes hard to buy food? Comments? my monthly bills nearly exceed my monthly income. p.s. i tried every which way with the student loans. they are private not federal so i'm stuck, i want you to comment on bankruptcy not student loan Solutions.
