I am a secondary school Teacher, when I was 20 I did something stupid at an anti-war protest and received a caution from the Police. It has always come up on an enhanced CRB but this year I received a clear CRB with no caution recorded.

Its been 10 years since I received the caution so im thinking if it stays on for 10 years. Im applying for a new job and its asking if I have a caution recorded against my name.

I am seeking some advice relating to a drugs offense and would really appreciate some advice.

My brother has been hanging about with the wrong people and was caught in possession of an ounce of Class A drugs with paracetamol tablets, estimated to be worth around £1400- £2000.

He has been arrested for Possession with Intent to supply class A drugs. He said to the Police that a person has forced him to hold the drugs and he was under duress.

Upon investigation by the Police he was only found to hold the Drugs. They found no scales, money or any evidence of him selling.

The person that gave him the Drugs has been sending people to our house in-order to get information about my brother. He also phoned the Solicitors office to get information but the Solicitor worked out that it was a suspicious call and did not give any information out.

He intends to plea Guilty upon the Solicitors advice. As passing on the drugs is classed as supplying. This is his first drugs offense and our family has never been involved with drugs.

We have got 3 references from work and a local Councillor.

Do you think going Guilty is the right thing for him to do and how can we as a family help him to get a minimum sentence?

Hi, I have a Fiesta MK6 when I drive it over 50 the rev meter sometime jumps and makes a voom sound. It feels like im in the wrong gear, when I drop the gas it normally eases. Does anyone know what the problem could be. Thanks

I recently had a car accident and hit someone at about 2 miles an hour. Both cars had minor scratches, the person I hit has now claimed he has back, shoulder and neck pain and wants to claim personal injury. These injuries cannot be checked properly by doctors hence the claim. I wanted to know if there was a procedure in which to challenge the personal Injury claim.

My property is suffering from the damp, I have uploaded some photos. I dont know whats causing it and had some cow boy builders look at it and changed the rain gutter but the next winter the damp is back. I sent an email with a document attached to person A on the 27th of Dec 2011. Person B somehow accessed that attached document and sent it to person A via Email dated the 19th December 2011. How is that possible when the original document was sent to person A by me on the 27th?
