  • LGBT Have you ever been absolutely positive that someone likes you and...?

You were completely wrong? Did it make your relationship weird? Were you still friends?

  • Girls falling for their gay friends?

I've seen quite a few girls ask questions about falling in love with their gay guy friends. And it's usually right after these friends come out to them. It seems weird to me that they'd start having feelings for them right after they know they can't have them.

So, my question is, do you think these girls fall for them just because they want what they can't have? Same goes for guys that might be into lesbian friends? I haven't seen any questions like that but I'm sure it's out there..

  • LGBT I need a second opinion...?

Here's what happened: My Career Passport teacher separated the boys and girls in the class. She told us to write things about the opposite gender that we don't like. I was so shocked that she expected us to do that, so I just sat back and didn't participate. Well... after a while she asked me to participate or I'd get an F for the day.... I was disgusted with the assignment, and even more disgusted that the other girls were actually doing it, and so were the boys. I told our teacher that I couldn't believe she was asking us to stereotype and generalize each other, at school no less. I also said as a teacher she's supposed to keep things like this from happening between students and that she's basically asking us to discriminate against each other and that I wouldn't do it. So she sent me to the office... I got detention for the rest of the week.

I'm not mad that I got detention and I knew that I'd get in trouble, but I didn't care because it was worth it. I know it's wrong to speak to your teacher that way and I'm not one to make trouble in class at all. But I couldn't help it... Hearing all the girls discuss and conspire against the guys made me sick.. And our teacher just sat there and smiled about it.

So my question is, do you think it was okay for me to voice my opinion, or should I have just sat there and go against my opinion even though I was uncomfortable and being forced to join the girls?

  • LGBT: If you did have the choice, would you choose to be straight?

Despite all the crap I've gotten, I still wouldn't choose to be straight. I like things the way they are. Sure, it'd be easier, but I'd be changing to conform to what other people think I should be. So how 'bout you? If you could be straight, would you?
