  • What is your gym ritual?

As in how many times a week, what time of the day and for how long and what do you do there?

I go twice a week for an hour and a half in the morning each time and only use the treadmill, cycles and cross-trainer I stretch before and after and have a shower then have a nice light lunch. I love it, its my gym ritual.

  • Sims 2 for Mac won't open!?

Hello, Its been a while since I've played it. Put in the expansion disk, double clicked to start, the icon bounced in the dock a few times and then vanished! I tried it a few tmes after restarting, re-entering disk etc but still nothing. So decided to erase my SIms file and re-install but after re-installing the Sims 2 disk (not yet done expansion) and the exact same thing happened!

    Wah! What do I do?

  • A question for independent, proud women?

I would not like to resign my name when married. I would compromise with a double barreled name which lots of couples do now. Similarly with if I had children - I'd like them to have my name as well as his.

My bf goes APE when I suggest this, similarly when he tells me if we had kids then he'd like to "Support me" while I didn't work. How infuriating is that?!?! My mother worked and I had a nanny and my mother still got to kick-ar$e in her career while being a great mum!

He knows I am independent and career-driven and very proud of my family heritage. It just disgusts me to think that if we got married that'd make him my manager or something and puts me right off the idea.

Anyway - ladies, whats your opinion?

  • Embarrassing health thing, ideas?

ARGH! This is so embarrassing and I am a regular Y/A user so please don't think I'm just writing this for a laugh.

So I woke up this morning and I have a really sore anus! I went to bed early because I had an exam today, I took an antihistamine because I scratch myself when I am nervous so it'd help me sleep. Woke up after 8 hours of perfect slumber and felt the way I feel when either my boyfriend has enjoyed something rude that night or I haven't eaten any fibre in a week.

Right, so, slept alone, haven't done anything "rude" like that in about a year and I have a very high fibre diet. Why does my anus feel bruised and tender?

Help me Y/A, friends! This is not a joke. :-P

  • Who would you most like a good spanking from?

We were discussing this today in class in the context of British comedians and I think Dara O'Briain would be quite enjoyable. He has a nice, strong lap to lean over on and big rugby-player hands. Who do you think?

  • Do you like to stir things up or do you prefer to keep the peace?

Not including Trolls because thats just irritating.

But when it comes to a debate or if you have an outlandish opinion, would you argue your case because a bit of educated argument turns you on or do you keep your opinions to yourself?

  • How did you meet your partner?

I met mine four years ago in a sweaty student bar on Thursday's Rock Night. He was smiling at me across the way and I was smiling back. My mate wanted to get a drink and I got up to go with her. Next thing, he's grabbed my hand and pulled me to the side and said he'd been going every Thursday for weeks and weeks just to pluck up the courage to buy me a drink. Well its a jolly good thing he did!

    Stories guys! I'm feeling romantic!

  • BBC's Diary of Anne Frank, ?

I've just finished watching the 5 part series - there have been adaptations before but this one I thought was extremely well done. The casting was perfect and it really set the tone of that painful, painful period in history.

What are everybody's thoughts? They changed the Van Peltz's name to the Van Daan family and they went by Anne's ruder version of Dr Phepher's name, Mr Dussell. That would be my only comment. I thought that was confusing.

I would recommend you watch it on BBC iPlayer wherever you are in the world because it really is brilliant.

I'm keen to hear about what others thought of the programme.

  • What will happen to her?

My old nanny, who looked after me and my brother when we were children, who I saw as a young child more than my own parents, has stopped taking medication for her bowel cancer.

She wanted to stop because the medication was making her too ill. In the time after that decision she has done many things, visited Lourdes on a pilgrimage (she is very Catholic), been to Wimbeldon to see the tennis, and spend Christmas with her son in Spain on his farm, but now she is back in Scotland and is frail.

I worry about her being in pain because I care so deeply for her. I love her just as much as my own Grandmothers both of whom died of cancer.

I want to know what is going to happen because my family are very taboo about death and suffering. I'm a journalist, I need to know about things to make sense of them and to be productive.

Any help would be wonderful. Its a very sad thing that touches everybody in some way.

  • Cats, Dogs and Marmite?

Please, for no more scientific reason than my own curiosity, write below if you are a cat person or a dog person and whether you love or hate Marmite. I will publish the findings once enough people have posted to give a worthy analysis.

Australians are welcome to input if they prefer Vegimite.

  • Does restlessness in a relationship pass?

I've been with my boyfriend for 3 and a half years and we've been through a lot. Lately though I have been feeling really bored with being in a relationship. I feel wretched thinking about leaving with him and I very nearly tried but it was just too dificult because I do love him.

Will this restlessness pass? I don't want to stay but I don't want to go. Can the fact that he is my first love overpower this flight instinct?

Any help would be great, this is such a dilema for me. xxx

  • Am I a Sexsomniac?

Little creepy but my boyfriend tells me that I have been masturbating in my sleep. He says I lean over half on my tummy and just go for it.

I seriously think he is winding me up because that is what he is like. I sometimes scratch in my sleep, like my arms or whatever but that wakes me up when I do that so surely if I am masturbating (which I can't even do properly when I am conscious!!!) then I would wake myself up.

He says I am a sexsomniac which I have only heard of on House MD and I (to my knowlege) have never shagged anybody in an unconscious state in my life.

Does anybody know anything about sexsomnia and whether or not I need to worry about this or can I tell my boyfriend to stop being paranoid and that I am not dreaming of somebody else.
