A teacher works full time for several years for the same school. The school withholds Federal & State income taxes per the tax schedule for the current year.

Because of budget cuts the teacher this year is used only as a substitute. She does not change her W-4 tax withholding form. She earns about $7,000 for the year, but less than $20 is withheld for Federal income tax, and a similar amount is withheld for State income tax. Her income taxes due are much larger.

Was the school legally obligated to withhold the correct amount per the current year's tax schedule?

Why is there not a specific category for questions regarding addiction?

Before pregnancy she was wearing bras called "almost a B." Her breasts were small. (Not to worry ladies, I liked them. As you say about male organs, "Size does not matter.")

While pregnant her breasts started to grow. (Of course. The physical food plant is coming online. There will soon be a hungry mouth to feed.) They grew a lot. Now she is like a D cup.

If every woman gained 2+ cup sizes with their first pregnancy...well, that just seems silly.

What is the typical increase of breast size resulting from pregnancy?

Did that diminish when you stopped breast feeding?

We all get the e-mails that inform us that some lawyer in Africa has money for us left behind by the death of someone who had the same last name. Since he can't find any other legitimate heirs, he wants to give the money to us.

Or, you have won a lottery that you never entered.

You know the e-mails I am talking about. They are not just spam. They are phishing for fools.

Some of these questionable e-mails will include a link to a site that begins to automatically infect your computer with some kind of trojan horse virus.

These are not just spam. Spam is irritating. It is clutter. They want to sell you something.

These other clowns are hostile. They want to steal your identity, rob your bank account, or disable your computer.

Why isn't there a button on my yahoo e-mail to report these potentially dangerous items separately?

I do not see walnuts, pecans, brazil nuts, peanuts, or any other nut for sale in a store in a shell that is split. (And if coconut shells were split that wouldn't that be messy? Ewwww!)

Certainly the unsplit pistachios are hard to open without a hammer, a scalpel, a lazer, or an ultra-sonic disrupter. (Oooops... Did I say that outloud? Please disregard this. No one here has an ultra-sonic cannon. And even if they did they would not ever dream of using it. Except maybe on my ex when she is being...rhymes with itch. Or the IRS. NO! NO, no, no! Error! Delete this! You did not see this. Disrupters are not due to be released on this planet yet. Please, move along. Nothing to see here...Except someone who has not taken their prescribed medications for a while...) A prayer to The Almighty, combined with the patience of Job, also helps.

So why are pistachio shells split when they are sold? Is the split shell an indicator of maturity-that they are ready to be harvested?

I am still having trouble finding a combination of medications that allow me to function.

Yes, I am still working with the doctors, although it does seem to be rather useless at this point.

I am thinking that this may not ever get very much better, and that I will be impacted for the rest of my life. Episodes of not being able to get out of bed, or out of my apartment. Not being able to work, or not caring if I work or get paid. Periods of time when I can't do much beyond drift between the computer, books, bed, eating-or not eating, and listless little else.

Can I be declared disabled?

Can I be declared to suffer from diminished capacity?

Can I be hospitalized against my wishes, and treated without my permission?
