I have recently given birth to my fourth (and last!) baby. i have started going to the gym, and am very happy with my results this far. Unfortunately from the all the weight ive gained, now that im loosing it i have excess skin around my belly. i also had a c-section with my last, and i feel like that is only adding to the "apron" effect. i was wondering if anybody had any non-surgical suggestions as to how to tighten up my poor belly? thanks!
