    What diet would you suggest for a women who goes to the gym for 1 hour five times a week? I do weight lifting and cardio, I want to build lean muscle and lose fat. Is it best to eat a natural diet and cut out all process food? Help would be really really appreciated

  • bloating, stomach cramps, please help?

    I always feel bloated all day since having breakfast. I have really bad stomach cramps when I'm hungry or they sometimes come on randomly, usually when I'm constipated. I often have diarrhoea after drinking alcohol but I'm often constipated. The doctors have given me Laxido for my constipation which usually works but it gives me really bad stomach cramps. What should I do? Any ideas on what this could be?

  • Why do I look and feel bloated whenever I eat?

    I wake up in the morning with a really flat stomach but as soon as I eat breakfast I've got an extremely bloated stomach and is often uncomfortable. Why do you think this is? I normally eat cereals for breakfast but sometimes omelettes or smoothies. Help would be much appreciated
