Recently an Individual was hi off of Pcp and began to take off all of there clothing in public. This Individual that was not there when this had taken place nor do they know each other they know about each other this certain individual somehow gotten a hold to the Picture and she took it and posted it on 3 social media sites and said so what I don't care this person needs to be exposed and I'm not taking it down. Is she allowed to do that? Do to the privacy law in New York.....

The trial she came up with all these different stories and I also discovered how she sent false letters to my landlord stating that my mother and I was the one harassing her never the less I work for my landlord so during my arrest she contacted them Right away and told them that I was arrested and my charges had me suspended without pay due to my arrest and she need to move asap cause she could have died and the safety of her grown nuisance daughter that's 23 yrs old and her self and her 8 yrs old son. Prior to the arrest she was neighbor of my mom who partied everyday I have lil proof of the parties so they moved her to another site far away but her daughter continue to come where I live and party with her brother they have order of protections and never the less the fake victim stated that. Her kids are traumatized by me every time the daughter come I take picture or video of them she also stated that I have one of the workers living with me he is married with 2kids and owns a house and lives there can I sue her for defamation and harassment I also have a police report when she called the cops to make a report to get me to violate the O.p the cops said I did nothing wrong. She is Crazy and she receive disability for a fake injury she reported she tells them she cant lift her arm but I have pics of her carrying a big bag of laundry, driving, and playing volley ball I believe its fraud. If I get in her pockets she would leave me alone. However I lost my job but will get reinstated not sure if they will pay lost wages. My son was in private school which I had to take him out and put him in public school due to this nonsense. The reason why she was mad she was my mom neighbor who partied every day and night my mom said something to her about it she didn't like it so my mom reprted to the landlord and she took it upon her self to say she was being harassed and sent 10 false letters on me and my mom to the landlord.

Trial. With these accusations the person had me suspended from work without pay until the case was over and all charges was dismissed at the trial. Never the less she wrote defamation letters to the landlord which I have copies of but they are dated almost 2years ago can I bring civil charges against this person for the letters being that I discovered the defamation during my trial or is it to late to file for libel? Or what Tort can sue this person for?

About the situation and finally told her I would contact the landlord on this matter if it continues. However she smokes pcp when she high she feels really angry at me calls me names and a snitch never the less she continued to be a nuisance with her daughter and there guess so I finally contacted the landlord I felt things would get ugly soon so the verbal threats continue for a year so finally she harassed my family when they would come to my apartment so finally the landlord contacted her on the matter. After that she would send numerous letters stating her daughter and small child and herself was being harassed by my daughter and I wrote false accusations stating that I have someone living with me that is a false accusation she made on my daughter the landlord never contacted me on the matter of the false accusations she made she harassed my family so bad the police where called and nothing was done they talk to she and I. So my daughter came to my house to pick her son up she verbally harassed my daughter and kicked her my daughter hit her back she called the police and had my daughter arrested she was going to court for 1year and a ½ on this case they dismissed the case and do you think my daughter could bring civil charges against this person. Never the less she called my job and had me suspended from work with out pay. I think I have a defamation civil suit. Because the letters she wrote to the landlord my daughter have copies of that she presented to the D.A office when my daughter got arrested for the fight but the letters are 2years old do the statue of limitation starts ticking now.

I was falsely arrested for something that someone was constantly insulting me and my family for over an year, finally things got serious and lead to a fight i was arrested due to the person getting to the phone first to report it to the police. i am fighting my innocence to this day in the court of law the person has an order of protection against me and every time she see me she still constantly harass me and my family, never the less this person says she feared for her life she moved away but constantly returns where she is feared for her life. not only that she made false reports on me that where proven to be false.she also made a false report to the police stating that i tried to run her over while she had her son this person is CRAZY not only that the police proved to me that she was lying and that she was trying to get me to violate my order of protection but I'm smarter than that. never the less this person is receiving disability for an arm injury she constantly driving caring heavy laundry and also does drugs and party a lot and also plays volley ball with this arm injury for this fraud to us tax payers. i was wondering if i could get an order of protection against her and disability need to know what she is doing FRAUD.
