  • Is it okay to marinade chicken for a 9 month old?

I have a son who turns 9 months on the 9th of April, haven't been to see the pediatrician yet, but am wondering if it's okay to feed him marinaded chicken.

I usually use the grill mates for my own food, and wondered what's people's opinions on giving him some as well.

  • House Loan / Deed?

If 2 people are on the deed, but only one person on the loan/mortgage and that person passes away.

    What would happen from there?

  • Mortgage loans / Credit?

My wife and I are getting a new house. Our first house.

We're able to get approved with both of us or one of us on the loan.

My question is should we just put one of us on the loan? The reason I ask is if in the future something bad happnes and we lost the house only one of us would be effected negatively as far as credit goes and we'd have the other to fall back on.

Or is it best to both be on the loan?

We'd both be on the deed either way.

    Thanks!
