I want to start my own mobile tack store. I know the horse business I just dont know how to go about starting one. How do I get an LLC? I look online and it says they charge you $2-300. Cant I do it myself?

I have a nervous mare, by that I mean she is constantly twitching and she does her nevous poop. She is very quiet and its not a trust issue she is just a bit twitchy and nervously poops...A LOT. Anyone recommend any herbal remedies...daily.

I bought a sweet 6yo mare. She is hard to catch. She will walk up to you just does not want to be caught. I have caught her 4 times now. And everytime I catch her she is soo sweet. She will put her head on my chest and relax. I need advice on how to help her come to me. Normally I would do some fee lunging but we dont have a round pen :S

Ok, we got audited and denied, Now we are going to a new lender, but he previous one says they cant transfer the case file, and that I need to send the new lender all of our information. The new lender said it is my right to ask them to SEND ALL OF THE INFO, im so confused. Does anyone else know what I can do or what is my right to this.

Everything was going smoothly we were suppose to close Friday April 24th well, on Wed April 22 we found out we got audited and that COUNTRYWIDE didnt like our house that WE chose...so, they denied us the loan and seeing now they cant only deny you because of an appraisal by the way we were going to pay less than the house was worth not much less but less. They picked our credit appart and wont give us a loan! Has this happend to anyone else? We are going through a different company now but, still that is riduculous!
