My flatmates never buy toilet paper. I'm always having to buy them especially when its down to 1 roll. We're all adults and I gather they are all capable to remember to buy some. I'm too polite to say something about it as it sounds rather pity if you think about. But its a major big deal though. Does anyone have this problem with their flatmates? What should I do or say? Its becoming redicilous and frustrating.

I'm an English teacher, I recently got a job offer to work at another school which (at first I was very excited about) but the only downside of this new job is the location. Its about 1hour travelling time each way therefore I'd be travelling 2hours to the school everyday. I haven't signed the contract yet and I'm thinking of declining the job offer. But I feel bad. What should I say, this school is a small school and the director is very nice and I don't want to upset anyone. I haven't resigned from my current school yet.

I've been teaching for almost 3 months as an English Teacher. I've been observed as a teacher at the school I'm working for but I failed my first observation. So I got observed again in which I passed. However, my school has decided to drop my full-time position to part-time. Which means my hours are cut short and therefore I won't beable to earn enough money to make a living. Should I stay at this school?

I have been offered another job with another school but its really far...should I just take this offer or stick it out with my school and work really hard next semester to get my full-time status back?

I like teaching and I'm learning new things everyday with my students and teaching styles that works and doesn't work.

Is it possible to claim back all the NI tax you've been paying once your working holiday visa is over? I think its unfair for us to pay that tax especially if we're not going to live in UK forever or till your old.

who's on a working holiday visa in London on the new scheme ie. 2years but you can only work 12 months. Has exceeded their 12months and is still working anyway? I mean temping thru other agents etc...

for about 1 week now I have an itch on my body and when I scratch it its all red like a rash. I thought it was eczema but its not. I'm currently using E45 cream but doesn't seem to be working. Anyone have an idea what this rash could be? And whether it'd go away? I'm itching and trying very hard not to scatch.

I dated this really nice guy for a week everything went really well and sweet he seemed really keen. Then he dumped me out of the blue at the end of the week via text message. Text message says this. "I'm in love with another girl that I can't get, she lives overseas and you two are very much alike. I thought going out with you will get my mind off her but it didn't. Sorry to have fooled around and messed you up. Will call you when I'm more focused and have my priorities straight."

I met this really nice guy whilst working over the weekend. We worked together and had a great conversation. After work we went out for a couple of drinks. Earlier this week I sent him a text asking him if he's keen to meet up for drink. He replied saying "Its a great idea, but I start work at 5pm 2day. Im working dead lates for the next 7 days."

Do you guys think he's trying to palm me off? My work college says yes and no body works 7 days straight, its an excuse. If he likes me he'll make contact. But I'm not convinced. Would it be dumb of me to try and ask him out again or should I just leave it?
