What are the float adjustments for a 1981 Ford Bronco (straight 6) carburetor?
My husband is out working on our Bronco and the float has come out of adjustment, the Bronco will not idle at stoplights. He used to have a piece of paper with the information on it, but it got lost when we moved last month. Does anybody have the specs on where a carburetor for a 1981 Ford Bronco should be?

If you had to choose between eating lima beans and brussels sprouts, what would you choose and why? Does anybody have any interesting recipes for either?

As weird as this sounds, I love the cheeses that have been aged for a long time! I love bleu cheese on crackers, roquefert cheese in salad dressing, English Stilton on heavy sourdough, and my most favorite is sharp white cheddar. I could eat these cheeses forever! Does anybody have any suggestions as to what else I could do with them? I just tend to have them plain so much that I think they could be good in a recipe of some sort.

My favorite recipe was developed when I was a student with one frying pan and a budget.
I had on hand:
chicken breasts
onions
apple cider vinegar
honey
sweet hot mustard
olive oil
salt
pepper
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sear both sides in hot olive oil. Remove from pan.
Add sliced onions to remaining oil with a several tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Cook until onions are carmelized and vinegar has reduced.
Combine sweet hot mustard, honey, and a bit of the vinegar into a sauce consistency. (Do this to your taste!)
Put the chicken breasts back in the pan on top of the onions and pour the sauce over them.
Put a lid on the pan and cook for six minutes.
I like to serve the whole dish over an opened up baked yam.
Now, this may sound like an odd combination of flavors, but the tartness of the vinegar really brings out the sweetness of the onions.
Please share your favorite made-up recipe and story!!!
