I'm new to the K-drama world, and my first drama was Pasta. I LOOOVED Pasta SO MUCH guys. Some of the guys we're so cute and I loved the cooking parts and the story line--all of it was amazing.

I've tried watching Soulmate, Boys Over Flowers, and Attic Cat. I couldnt finish BOF it was just weird to me, Idk why because I actually kind of liked Soulmate but it didn't keep my attention, and Attic Cat was alright so far. But none of it was like Pasta! The actors we're better, the quality of the show was just better to me soo I guess what Im asking is does anyone know any good Kdramas thats similar to Pasta? It doesn't have to be about food, I dont really care about that, but the great acting, eye candy, and quality of the show made me love it.

Any ideas?

Also, if anyone can recommend a show with a non-typical female lead, that would be cool to check out. I noticed all of the female leads are the underdog, poor, (at first sight) unattractive female that blossoms at the end. Its cute but...it gets old =/

I really want natural curls. My hair is natural, I don't have a perm, but its very soft and long. I usually wear it straight with just a blowout and flat iron. i could just wash it and let it dry but its going to become unmanageable. I have A LOT of hair, lol. Its very thick but it still has a curly texture. Can anyone recommend any products for keeping the hair curly when it dries? or techniques or anything? I've never tried using rollers and going under a dryer with products in my hair but it sounds like it would work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm just bored with my hair.

I need some plays that have six to eight characters and they are either all male or all female. Also if its not a drama that would be extra awesome! I'm trying to put on a play with an all female cast but all the plays I keep finding (i.e. Steel Magnolias, For Colored Girls, Long Time Since Yesterday) are all dramatic. I would love to find some comedy for us to do. Its okay if its an all male cast because it could be played as all women as a spoof but I just need to read it. Thanks a bunch in advance!

If you're a girl and you have a crush on another girl who is a lot like a dude. I mean, if this girl acts, looks, and does things like a dude, is a girl gay for having a crush on her? Especially if this girl has never had a crush on another girl before.

Wouldn't you be upset? I know most people dont believe in the whole 2012 thing, and I dont really either, but I was thinking...what if this was like the story from Noah's Ark when no one believed him that the world was going to end? I'm not ready to die in two years...like, what if it actually happens?

I mean I've always thought she was pretty cool and she makes really nice songs to dance to. But there was this dude in class today talking about how she was a satanist or something. And he was pointing out all of her stuff in her videos. I mean, I don't know what to think but I have seen her new video Alejandro and it did leave me confused...

I think about killing myself everyday for the past two years. My friends tell me don't give up. And I just wait for God, I wait for him to make things better. I make an effort myself too...I try to be happy. But sometimes everything is just too much for me. And I just feel like dying. What can I do? I can't kill myself because of those around me. But I just want to be happy.

I'm looking for some techno, electronic, or like house music type stuff but preferably in japanese. Something that you can walk to...thanks!

I'm not sure if hes into black girls. My friend says that that type of stuff shouldn't even matter. I'm not a "stereotypical" black chick...I guess if thats what you want to call it. And hes really nice and good looking. I would say that I'm attractive too...but yeah. So do you think it matters? Should I just go for it? I know he wouldnt say: "I cant date you because youre black" or something like that because hes so nice but you know...stuff like this does matter in certain contexts. What should I do? Do most asian guys you know care about race?

My school is having a blood drive on the 29th and the weight requirement is 110 pounds. I'm like 104. I'm trying to gain a few pounds until then but nothing is working...what will happen if I'm like 5 pounds under the weight limit? And could you offer any tips to gain a few pounds in like a week? Nothing is working for me :(

I'm having a small together of about 10 to 15 people not really a party to celebrate my 17th birthday. I can't have like a party because I'm getting a lot of stuff for my birthday from my parents. But everyone there doesn't really like hang out with everyone thats going to be there theres like different cliques of people so fun isn't going to start itself. I haven't thought of anything to do yet and I dont want everyone to be bored...does anyone have any ideas to make this thing fun or interesting? ... Without alcohol...lol.

Well not just the guys but I'm sure girls do it too. But how come guys of a different race never come and talk to you like recently an Asian dude came and asked me for my number. And I was like woah thats the first time thats happened! But is it because people are afraid so they wont approach you if they are a different color??

I really thought about it the other day, and is race really real? If you think about it, there isn't really an adjective that you can place on an ethnicity of people because there is always an exception. Like saying that all blacks are brown skin, I know blacks that can be lighter than whites. Or saying that all asians have straight hair, I know a girl whos hair is curlier than mine. My hair isnt even curly and I'm black. Its very wavy and thin. Plus, isnt it true that human life started in Africa? So our ancestry can have been from anywhere, we just don't know. I mean I don't know, this concept could be completely stupid but I'm starting to believe that were all the same: human. What do you think?

Okay, I have a white guy friend and he really really likes this black girl in our homeroom class and he keeps asking me should he ask her out because I'm black...or cause I'm his best friend, one of those. Anyway so he's totally scared and stuff just because she's black! I dont get it shes just like any other girl kind of but shes really pretty and shes on the dance team at our school. Um yeah, my sweet 16 is coming up in the spring and I dont have a clue what to do. To make matters worst my ballet school's recital dates are on the exact weekend dates I was planning for a party. On top of that I can't reschedule because after that weekend spring break starts and thats lame because everyones out of town.
