My Verizon Voyager phone started having audio problems today. I know it's an older model phone but it was new in box and I've only been using it for about 4 months. I can send and receive messages. And I'm getting the alert sound when I get a message. But there is no audio when I try to play any ringtone and I can't hear anything when I make a call and I'm told the other person can't hear me either. I've tried using the speaker phone option but it doesn't turn on. I've tried the usual turning it off/on and removing the battery to reboot it, but nothing works.

Her husband cheated on her and has moved out of state with his girlfriend. I know that adultery is grounds for release from marriage. I also know that a paper of divorce is enough to release her (she has filed.) But I need to know according to the Bible when it's right to date her. She's a strong Christian as well and understands and shares many of my concerns. With the case being partially out of state I know it could take a while. When is it right in God's eyes for us to date?

I'm in the market for a magazine fed semi-automatic shotgun and was wondering what my best options were. More than one would be helpful.

Prices have skyrocketed recently in the aftermath of Sandy Hook, much like they did after the theater shooting in Colorado, and Columbine before that. I've been saving for a semi-rare semi-auto rifle but the price now is way out my reach. How long after a tragedy does it take for gun prices to stabilize? Average wait time is fine.

I know only factory mags will fit, but they're impossible to find online. PLEASE HELP!

My company has a policy banning anyone with a CCW permit from having their firearm on them or even secured in their vehicle in the parking lot! I'm in Ohio and with the new laws that passed recently I am legally allowed to carry even though the restaurant I manage served alcohol, but the policy states quite clearly that I will be terminated for exercising my legal right. I am currently awaiting replies from the NRA and ACLJ as to whether this policy is constitutional. But I need to know if I have any legal recourse should my employer fire me for this reason. I carry now and have no intention of ever stopping. Especially considering before I started my employment there were 2 armed robbery attempts in the last 2 years.

What I need to know is how good are her chances at moving the children 2+ hours away when she has no job out there yet? Her live-in boyfriend also has no job and no prospects, and a past drug charge. Should I play dirty in court? I could bring up her past mental illness problems, how she has prevented me from seeing the children because she was mad at me, how she moved them out of my house while I was at work without informing me, how she has refused to give me her new address, etc. I don't want to set that kind of example for my children. I don't want them to grow up and ask me what happened at have me tell them that Daddy had to make Mommy look bad.

OK. So I've been in a relationship for a little less than a year. She's been in her relationship about the same amount of time. Both of our relationships are rocky at best. We enjoy talking with each other (till 7am on skype, for example). We flirt, we hint, we touch. What the hell is going on? We both feel a connection and tell one another things that no one else in the world knows. A few problems with it. She's 19, I'm 27. And I'm also her boss. If she asked me to, I would leave my current girlfriend for her. What should we do? I know we could keep a relationship a secret until one of us found a new job. I mean, we'd both much rather talk to each other than our respective mates.

What do we do if the judge orders support? We are both already contributing to college funds. She has even said that she will just give it back. She has issues with feeling dependent on me. We have shared parenting and the children are well cared for at both households, but I'm not wealthy.
