THEY ARE 3D PORCELAIN PICTURES OF VICTORIAN STYLE LADIES/MEN IN A COUNTRY SETTING. i HAVE LOOKED FOR THEM EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE ON THE INTERNET AND CANNOT FIND ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THEM. I work at a small, family owned convienance store in a small town in AZ. I am constantly (on a daily basis) being verbally abused by my co-workers. (we are 4) . We are all cashiers along with many other duties too much for one person. I have gone to the manager many times about this. She always turns it back on me and calls me "childish" and to fix my disputes with them. When I take her advise and confront them, they call the manager to referee the dispute. Not once have I been on the winning side!! As a matter of fact, It usually turns out with me being even a bigger loser. There have been hostile memos left for me by my co-workers. I have worked there longer than anybody else. I know the ATF, health, OSHA, and labor laws. I have taken classes. I'm not going to go into the list of abuse that I have been through for the time that ive been employed, but its more than many people could handle. My way of handling it is to ask a customer to give me a moment, and i go to cry. I am seeing a counsler, anxiety medication, and sleep when I get home. This recent incident is the one that I wont let slide.

2 weeks ago, I had told the manager that the lock on the entrance door didnt work. She said to use a chain and lock to close up. 2 days later, I had informed her that I did not bring my door key, but told her I would use the chain, again. I was closing, and could not find the usual lock. So i got another one we have and locked it with that one. As soon as I did that, I started to make phone calls to advise them to where the key would be. I made the calls from 7pm-8pm trying to get a hold of one of them. First I called the owner , she was busy and couldnt talk. Then I called the AM cashier on her cell. The operator said the phone had changed numbers. Called again thinking I had dialed wrong, same message. Then I called another co-worker, left message to call me back to give me new number. Never called back and waited 2 hours. Finally called the manager, (only when there is no other solution) Her cell was giving me the same message as the AM person's cell was giving me. Called her home phone, no answer. Called back, left message telling her that I couldnt get a hold of anybody, and where the key could be located. My shift the next day was at 12:30pm. July 20th. Early morning the next day, started getting messages asking where the key was. The AM person did not call me to ask, she called the manager and another person to complain that she couldnt open door. I called the manager and told her the situation about the messages, and phone calls. Of couse, me being a manager for many years, knew that I am on call 24 hrs, and constantly would answer phone, and check messages. Especially when they are made that early in the evening. I as a employee, I did everything possible to tell others where the key was. Which has always been THE PLACE for keys. Manager proceeded to tell me that she didnt get message until 6:30 am. We open at 7:00am. And also told me that it was her cell phone that was dissconected and not the AM persons. Well, Im not blind or stupid. To call the manager, you need to call long distance from another line and to call the AM persons phone its local, no need to dial area code. She then told me that I was irresponsible and to take the day off "For things to cool down". I did not argue and just said ok. I was not heated up about this, they were. So why would I need to "cool down".

Well, I think that I derserve to be compensated for that day. As it was not my fault. Can a company legally do this to you? It's not the first time that they have played this game with my days, hours. I cannot go to the owners, as it is prohibited by them. thank you for taking time to read this

I have been reading about forerunners health care in India for a tummy tuck. The prices are awesome! I want to go in February 2008. But, I need to hear from people that got plastic surgery over there. Are the hospitals clean? Are the hotels nice? Did they give you good care afterthe surgery? I don't need anybody telling me to excercise and diet. I eat very healthy. I have 5 grown children and have flab on my tummy. I have gotton down to 129lbs and still had the same amount of flab that I have now. It is stretched skin, not taken off by excercise. No rude "fat" comments, please.

I would like to buy a home under this type of loan, but it mentioned something about this.

Hi, I am saving up for a tummy tuck. I live in the Phoenix, Az area. I'm 42, have had 5 children. I am about 30 lbs overweight. I am currently losing weight. I have tried exercising it off, but with no results. I have a very flabby lower abdomen, which is keeping me from getting into smaller sizes around the waist. I hate it!! My youngest is 14, so it's time for "ME". Can anyone tell me what the cost would be for a Board Certified plastic surgeon to do this procedure on me.Are there payment plans? Like I said, I'm 5'5", 168 lbs, 42 yrs old. would like to feel good about my self. I am still young and attractive, but this is taking points away from my self esteem. I don't even feel like going out in public, and I'm single!!! Professional advice greatly appreciated!!

Hello. I am a 41 yr. old single mother of 5, G-Ma of 1.5. I have a good job, but the season is slow right now. I am trying to buy a home but I am very confused as to what is in the future for me as far as stability and finances. I am a hard worker. I know that this is a typical question to answer, but my Mom had "Abilities" and she would help me out. I have since lost her(in the physical sense). Of course, GOD is the first one I ask for guidance, but I always have 2 reasons -/+ for everything. My Mom had MPD (multiple personality disorder) and I can 't ever have just one firm thing in my head. It's always changing!!! I'm really serious about this. I have applied for a loan of 160,000.00. Approved for 30 year fixed @ 6.75%, 10 yr interest only + (including taxes, insurance, haz-insurance). I am pleased about the payment. What do you think about this? This is a new build. Equity will be on the rise in 2008-2009.

I can't seem to find out what the recovery time is, or the after effects. I've looked everywhere and all they mention is the time you are going to be monitered while in the Dr's office and only mention epidural's in the lower spine region. I am a driver/dispatcher. Need to use my hands for my job. Thanks!!!

I have noticed that a lot of the people asking questions don't pick best answer or give any feedback to the ones that take them seriously. I answer Q's with a lot of thought and meaning, just to see that askers are not resolving or choosing anyone. Am I not playing the game right?

I have noticed in the Gay community(Y/A) that they use the word Troll in a demeaning way. Was is the meaning of this word? I am not gay, but my mother was. I like to answer the serious questions because I have always been taught to respect other peoples sexuality, race, and ignore things that don't affect my life or family in a direct way. Look, the majority of people would call me white because I have Blonde hair, blue eyes, and i am light skinned. Im of German/ Choctaw Indian decent. Yet my sisters have brown eyes, brown hair with olive complexions. They look hispanic! Why do we have to catagorize ourselves as white, black, yellow, brown. We are all of one race, The Human Race! I hate having to fill out those ethinticity questions. i.e.,-- white, afro-american, native indian, asian, hispanic, latino, etc.. What is the definition of White? All of the others define the country they originated from. Does anybody feel the same?
