Delinquent performance review - 4 months late?
I have worked for 5 years at the same company. Each year I have had a great performance review. - No issues. Great team player blah blah blah... and received the maximum Cost of living increase.
This year, my review time has come and gone 4 months ago. I asked our HR dept. and they said a reminder was sent to my supervisor. Should I confront my supervisor or wait it out? I speak with my supervisor daily about normal business issues, but the review is never brought up. No apology or even an excuse. Any suggestions?
