We adopted a two yaer old beagle mix female dog. She has been spaded. We have had her for about two weeks, and just yesterday she started "MOUNTING" my 5 year old son, every time he gets down on the floor to play. What is uo with that, and how do I stop it? Also what is the best way to house train her, so she will stop using the bathroom on my carpet. Please help.

I am the manager at this location, and was told by my District manager, that we cannot fire the cashier for drive-offs, but we can for cash shortages. Not having a drive-off is an impossible task, and it is an unfair policy. What legal action can we take to prevent this from happening, or if it has happened what action can we take? Is this considered a Hostile Work Environment. The state is Alabama.

I have a 1994 Subaru Legacy, and the Headlight Lens have turned yellow. I have heard of some product available that can make the lense clear again. Does this stuff actually work, or would i better off buying new headlight assemblys?

It seems to me that most of the questions on here are about teenaged angst. Along with the spelling, and gramer. I would hate to think that Adults would be asking some of these questions, and have so much trouble with spelling and grammer. Exspecily when you have a spell check.

I have tried cold turkey, but in my job I am expoed to it every day. I really want to quit, but lack the will power to go "cold turkey" Is there a aid out there like Nicoret for smokers?
