I have a data base of thousands in excel and I have a generic letter on Microsoft Word. I would like to select candidates from Excel and copy their names and address into the letter for a direct mail campaign. Any help or were to find the instructions will be appreciated

Tengo un negocio de Limosinas en New York y quiero preguntarles por que 9 de cada 10 turistas mexicanos que tenemos como clientes dejan nada o muy poca propina a nosotros y nuestros choferes? La propina adecuada (etiqueta) es de 20% y no es mi caso pero para un empleado la propina es principalmente su paga, puesto que el empleado paga la gasolina y por usar nuestros vehiculos. Lleve a una senora ricachona de Chihuahua , perdio una bolsa y le ayude, le permiti que fumara dentro, la lleve a comer, cosas que lo hace uno con mucho gusto, el viaje en total fue de 6 horas US$350.00 y pago 15 dolares de propina!!! (pero no dejo de presumir el bolso de $11,000.00 que habia comprado a una amiga al telefono. Quiza piensen que por que 15 dolares es suficiente para alimentar a una familia pobre en Mexico por una semana es correcto darlos de propina a un chofer, y no se ponen a pensar que aca la vida es mas cara. Esta misma opinion la comparten meseros y otros proveedores de servicio.

I mean, 1 x 0 = 0 right? so, how 1 ends its existence by being multiplied by zero?? And when we multiply 1x1 what happens to the other 1? Think about it, and please only serious answers to a serious question.

I gave my employee a W2 and he has a 1099 from a previous employment. $9700 from W2 and $14,000 from 1099. We calculated his refund on H&R Block's website and it seems to high, (over $5000.00) He has 3 dependants, 2 childs under 4 and his wife. Is this accurate? Pain comes for seconds and goes for awhile during the day, is never permanent and the person does not use a computer and does not read a lot. Do they need glasses? can this be stress related? or can it be more serious? Thanks.
