I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan . I was driving back from vacation when the air conditioner quit working. Before it quit it had been working perfectly. I stopped and checked the water and had some freon put in the air conditioner but it is still not working, All it does is blow out hot air. I can't afford to take it to a shop; but if I can figure out what is wrong I can get my friend to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas. I live in Florida and without air conditioning I am stuck at home.

I have a 12 year old Cattle dog. Last year she was diagnosed with diabetics. I give her her insulin everyday. She seemed fine. I took her to the vet for her test but they could not do all her testing because she had too much anxiety. So they told me to continue with the same amount of insulin. Lately she has started following me and stays constantly by my side. She seems so tired but she will still follow me. She wants to go out and then she wants to come right back in. She seems lost when I am not right next to her. If I go somewhere and leave her home she will knock every thing over. I know she can't see good but this behavior is new. She eats and drinks very little.

Is she telling me that she is ready to die or is she asking me to make the decision to let her go. I don't know because she seems so sad all the time. If this were your dog what would you do?

My mother died last year. She did not have a will. Her only asset was a bank account. My sister and brother that live in Florida got an attorney and went to probate court and filed papers listing themselves as the only heirs. The problem is that they did not list the other three heirs. I recently found out that they got the funds from the bank account and split them. What option do the other children who were not listed as heirs have? I think that they had a legal duty to list all my mothers children as heirs. But, what do we do now?

My mother lives in a mobile home park. The park has a meter and pays the city for water. The park had meters installed for each mobile home and they resell the water to each home. They charge for water and sewer and add what they call an administrative fee. Each month they raise the amount that they charge. When someone complained they were told that if they did not like it they could move. Is this legal. Are they allowed to charge these people what even they want? What recourse do these people have.? Why do people buy dogs and then leaved them chained to trees. ?Most of my friends consider their dogs as part of the family and let their dogs live in the house. But, one friend has two dogs in his back yard chained to a tree. They never get any attention. If he didn't have a fenced in back yard. Why get dogs?
