Can someone please go through the steps to help me graph this? I don't know how to solve it.

I don't know how to change the icon on my youtube account.

I have been trying to upload a short 2 minute video to facebook but it isn't working. When I try to upload it the screen says upload in process but the bar stays white the whole time and doesn't even move. Even when i cancel the upload and try again it still doesn't work. I have uploaded videos before and it always worked so I'm not sure what the problem is now. I even tried uploading different videos on my computer but it still does the same thing. Can someone please tell me how to fix this so I can upload videos to my facebook? Thank You.

i bought an album with 18 songs and only 4 of them downloaded and the rest are missing. this is making me mad because they charged me and i only got 4 of the songs. i usually recieve an email from itunes about what i bought but i didnt this time. will i get the rest of my songs from the album? they arent showing up in the downloaded area. what do i do?
