LOOK INWARD

I need to obtain access to the official 2008 New York mens/boys federation basketball rulebook.

specifically: the clock is stopped and team A is about to inbound the basketball, but before they can team B grabs the shirt of one of Team A's members while they are on the court; The official blows the whistle recognizing the foul - should this be an intentional foul, where the fouled member of team A shoots two foul shots and team A gets the ball back at half court or is this just a personal foul subject to bonus shots if Team B is in the penalty?

please advise on either the rule book or the situation as I outlined it.

Player A's ball is already on the green, Player B's ball and player C's ball are off the green.

Player B is away and he lands on the green, Player C then hits and player C's ball hits Player B's Ball and comes to a stop. Player B's ball rolls 15 feet from the place it was at rest.

Player A demands that player B take a two shot penalty because he did not spot his ball before player C hit.

What is the propper ruling? I didn't think that anyone marks their ball untill all players are on the green?

I also thought that there is no penalty when one ball strikes another on the green and that you just return it to the place closest to the last known position?

I am coaching boys soccer and want to introduce throw ins today. When is this techniqu use during a game?
