I have 2 video files in MP4 format in the Downloads folder which I recently downloaded. But I cant' seem to delete them after copying them into my external hard disk. Initially I couldn't even Cut and Paste the files. Every time I try to delete, it asks me to confirm the action to move it to the Recycle Bin. When I click continue, Windows asks for my permission again and when I click continue again, it says I need permission to perform this action. Funny thing I'm using the administrator account. Even when I click try again, it's no use. Please help me. Thank you
