How do I protect my business if I die?
I'm the owner. We have 15-20 employees. The employees all work in the field. We sometimes have an office secretary aide, but no one stable yet. As it stands I am the only one that knows the ins and outs of running everything. To write down how to do everything would seem almost impossible. We're not big enough yet to partition departments (have an accounting, admin, HR department etc). I don't know where to begin. Thanks in advance for your help.
1 AnswerSmall Business1 decade agoEmployee benefits for small business - How do I start?
I own a very small LLC ( 5 employees). All are part time right now, although I plan on hiring at least one full time in the near future. They have expressed interest in employee benefits. I myself do not have health insurance and would like to include myself in a group plan. I have no idea how to start and cannot hire an HR person at this time. I was reading this http://articles.directorym.com/Your_Companys_Emplo... that hints at companies that can help me put together Arizona employee benefits packages, but I am wondering if there is a specific title for the person that can help me so I can shop around? How do I find the right person to help me? I don't even know the proper search terms to research on my own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2 AnswersOther - Business & Finance1 decade agoWho do I contact to help me start my business (specifically determining Employee or Independent contractor)?
I have all of the basics on the planning side of things (business plan etc). I am in the process of switching from a sole proprietor to LLC and should have that completed in a week or two. Now I'm stuck. I provide a very unique consulting service that would be too difficult to describe here, but most people I ask say that my questions land me in a "grey area" and I really need to know who to ask (that is the most $cost efficient). I do not have much money and had planned on having a lawyer review the paperwork and forms I draft before I hire IC or Employees... but again I need someone to help me first to determine what exactly I need and how to classify my workers?! I've been to SCORE etc and they can't help much. Some say talk to a lawyer some say talk to a tax person... help!?

Are there any legal regulations stipulating that they must notify the customer or can the charge any unknown raised rate at will?
3 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoDoes your child have Autism, Do you live in Arizona?
There is a new service for children with autism in Arizona where the state will pay for free consulting. The problem is they aren't telling anyone and parents have to find out by word of mouth. Let me know if you want more information because I'm telling EVERYBODY!
