I am going to give you a scenario, and I want you to tell me who is correct, using legal information as well as possible experiences.

Someone found a car for sale online and decided that they wanted to check it out before they buy it. Upon inspection, the car buyer-to-be is informed by the seller that the car will need a new muffler and has a starting issue. Because of a rear-end collision, the car will not start at random intervals, and the cause could not be determined by 3-5 mechanics as well as a Chevy dealership (the car is a Chevy).

Even upon being informed of the issues with the car, taking it for 2 test drives, denying the ability to take it to a mechanic beforehand, and talking the price down $300 dollars, the person decides to buy the car despite the flaws.

The paperwork is signed, keys and money are exchanged, and the car is taken.

4 days later, the buyer contacts the seller and says that the car wouldn't start that day or the previous day. The seller apologizes for the inconvenience and offers a temporary solution that worked a few times, if only for a while.

The buyer becomes sour, feeling like they were mislead, and even though they admit to knowing of the problem, and even though they know that no one has been able to find the problem, they say that they will take the car to a mechanic. The buyer says that if the problem is serious enough, they will be returning the car and expect their money back.

The Buyer Was Informed of the Starting Issue Days Before Signing or Agreeing to Anything, it was a Private Party Sale, As-Is.

Who is right here?

Within the past 4 days, my computer has turned off randomly, without notice. When I turn it back on, it says that everything closed suddenly.

I bought this laptop in the summer of 2010, and never had any problems until December of 2011. My Anti-Virus subscription had ended and I didn't renew it. I ended up getting the "Win 7 Home Security Virus." I used MalwareBytes to remove it. I then uninstalled MalwareBytes and renewed my anti-virus. My computer has turned off twice in this week.

Any ideas as to why this is?

If you need more information I will get it to you as well as I can.

I have 2, 12" round JVC subs, they're 350W RMS, 1200 Max, 54 ounce magnets, 4 Ohms each, but I don't know how to tell if they are single or dual voice.

I am completely lost when it comes to this area, I can wire it all up, I just don't know how to figure out what I need in terms of an Amp.

I am replacing the rear speakers in my car, because one of them blew, so I just figure I will replace them both.

The ones I removed were 6x9, with 10 Ohms of resistance.

How big of a problem will I have if I replace them with 4 Ohm speakers?

I've tried playing both America's Arm 3 and Lead and Gold, Gangs of the Wild on my computer through the provider, Steam.

I recently went to the grad party of the girl that I like, and I've liked her for all of senior year, I've known her a lot longer but we just started talking this year. She had a few boyfriends during the year, even though she told me that she wasn't into high school relationships because they never work out.

She always talks to a lot of guys, something I don't really like but I'm not in a position to tell her that since we aren't dating so whatever....

So at her grad party it was mostly family and about 4 other people from school, 2 girls and 2 other guys, plus me. She never really hung out with any of us from school, mainly her god daughter and this kid that I don't know....

The party was scheduled until 11 but most people left by 7 or 8. At this time it was her, me, and another kid from school that showed up late. I was now ready to leave because I was bored and had had enough of her really just hanging out with other people, other guys all day. I told her I was going to head out when she took my phone and told me I couldn't leave. I asked her why and she said that I was supposed to be the last one to leave. I know why most girls would say this in this situation but why would she have been chillin with everyone else for the rest of the day and not me. Since I ended up staying until about 1015, I helped clean up and stuff. We are also coincidentally attending the same college in the fall. For her grad gift I got her the 3rd season on DVD of a show she likes, $40 and a singing card

Any ideas on what she feels and why she would have hung out with everyone else all day and then expected me t be the last one to leave? What do you think it means that she wanted me to be the last to leave?

I did make conversation when she was around, but someone else would show up to the party or something would happen and she would leave. As everyone started leaving she hung out with me. It just seems like she hung out with me when the people she wanted to talk to left. And maybe she only said that because we are going to be together for 4 years and she wants to keep the friendship.... .. Idk....

I recently had to delete everything from my computer because it had a virus.

Now I have all my music and videos on my Ipod and I am lost on how to get them back on my computer.

I used to play the Age of Empires games on Windows XP. Vista came out and can't play discs older than 3 years old so I had been using the XP just for games. The XP has since died and can no longer play my Age of Empires.

Is there anyway I can convert the CD's to play on Vista or a website where I can download Age of Empires for free?

I have gone into settings. Wi-fi, and then logged into Wi-fi at my house. I chose the network and put in the password, and the Ipod is showing that is has a connection to the network.

But when I go to use apps, AIM, facebook, andything that uses the internet, it says there is no connection.

Anyway to fix this?

I'm 6' 2" and between 130-150 pounds and a senior in high school.

I never really worried about my weight, I did well in football and track so I was fine.

But now there's this girl (obv :) ) and I would like to gain at least 25 pounds relatively quickly, but not the unhealthy quickly like a week. But I would also like to do it without getting out of shape since indoor track is in season and outdoor will be too in a couple of months.

i don't want to have to go buy anything special really, like protein, so are there any foods or anything else I can do to gain weight before winter formal... (Jan)
