Here is the situiation. I am in the military, and I have started smoking heavily since I been in the army. Since I started, I have been trying to quit. I have tried multiple times, like cold turkey, the nicorette gum (that tastes horrible and aint worth a thing. I mean I have cut back a lot. I use to smoke a full pack a day, now I only smoke about 10 per day since september. Everything that I tried, never seems to work, because something will really upset me, and all I want to get the stress off my shoulders, is a cigarette. I never did think that it would be this hard. But it sure did full me. I really want to quit. And where I am at now, it is even harder to quit, because it is that much more stressful. And please dont tell me to get out of the service, because I really love my job and I am proud to be protecting my country.
