Closing on Monday, funding will not be completed until Wednesday.

Buyers & the Realtor trying to force me out on Tuesday or by 6 AM Wednesday, before I will have my funds... which are needed to close on my house out of state (those will be wired on Wed.).

Also, I *have* to have the remaining proceeds in order to pay for my long trip.

The buyers will not get their proceeds to fund *my* house until Wed., either, of course... so technically shouldn't the house remain in my possession until funding has occurred?

I'm in Louisiana, btw.

Can a Pest Control company & an HVAC company place liens on your home? I am in dispute with both... one with the cancellation date of contract, the other re warranty on a service call.

Also, do you get a notice from the Clerk of Court, or can they simply put the lien on the property without you knowing?

Last Feb. my systolic BP was normal for me (95). Beginning in the summer it was 148 on a consistent basis. BP is still high (for me). My diastolic hasn't changed much.

What conditions could cause such a rapid increase in pressure?

Only other symptoms are breathing difficulities & intermittent chest pain in thorax (mid-chest, in between breast area) region. Normal systolic range is 98-115, but is now 146-150 consistently, with different gauges/monitors. Increase was all-of-a-sudden, not a gradual rise over time.

Pulmonary Function Test recently completed but no results yet. Tech did tell me my expiration readings were bad, but did not improve after nebulizer.
