The file is something that was made on imovie on a mac and then put onto a cd. Itwas not alot of memory on the mac but when I ut on a dell the mb were a lot more. It is only about 3 minutes.

The video is in MDS format and is a few kilobytes.

The only other format that I have it in is ISO format but that is 185 mb. Youtube only allows up to 100 mb. The video was made on IMOVIE on a Mac and then put onto a dvd-r.

Is there someway Youtube can make an exception because in reality the video is 3 minutes long.

Is there anyway that I can shrink the file size.

I need some tips on broad jumping.?

It is when you start to run and then you jump into a pit of sand.

Usually done in track and need tips on how to go farthest for field day at my school.

Plz only answer if you know how to do it.

Do I rely on speed or technique while running? I mean do i want to go fast or run with the distance of my feet being far or close apart.

Do I jump off forward or up?

Do I use 1 or 2 legs to jump?

Do I use my nost powerful leg to jump.

Should I move my arms and legs in a certain fashion while in midair.

Should I crouch at the end to gain a few feet.

Should I keep my back straight ot curved.

In what position should I land with my feet (Forward or at an angle.

Need advice like the questions I asked above.
