Anyone having trouble logging into Hotmail?
Every time I try to log in, it tells me that I need an adults permission before I can access my account. It requests a credit card to prove I'm old enough. I've had the account for years. I'm over 40! I've never seen this.
1 AnswerNotices and Errors1 decade agoCan you tell me your experience with Singulair?
My daughter is 14. She has exercise induced asthema. The doctor put her on Singulair, however, she's starting PE at school tomorrow and I'm concerned about whether this medication is going to help her or not. She couldn't make the basketball team this year because of her asthema. One lap around the field running and she starts having breathing problems and heart palpatations. This medication is new for her. She has been on it for 5 days. I don't know how long it takes to work but I know she has to start running tomorrow in her PE class. I did speak to her teacher, so he's aware but that doesn't always mean anything. If you have this problem and use this medication can you please share how it's worked or not worked for you? Thank you!
12 AnswersRespiratory Diseases1 decade agoInformation on how you felt almost a year after Thyroid surgery?
I had my thyroid removed last April 2006. It hasn't been followed to closely. My doctor increased my dose of Thyroid but felt it would need to go up more. I have a blood test tomorrow again. I'm having a lot different symptoms right now but no health insurance so I haven't been to the doctor. I'm more tired than I think I should be, It feels like something pushing up into my chest but that happens randomly and it makes me cough sometimes when it does happen, it comes with a little bit of pressure in my chest, I have pain in my right side that hurts all the way through to my back(randomly), my skin is dry, constipation, circles under my eyes. That's just to name a few. Has anyone had issues like these after having thyroid surgery. I realize it might not be related to that but I have this feeling it is. Naturally I wish I had health insurance and could see a good doctor. Hopefully a good job will come and give me my insurance back. Thanks for sharing your experiences!

11 AnswersOther - Food & Drink1 decade agoPlease share your family recipe passed down from generation to generation?
Hello, I enjoying cooking for my family. Some of the recipes we use have been passed down from one generation to the next. Do you have a recipe that your family has passed down through the generations that you would share with me? Or even a family favorite? I was sitting here thinking about what to fix for dinner tonight when it crossed my mind to ask. Thanks!

6 AnswersCooking & Recipes1 decade agoDoes anyone know a good psychologist in Seattle?
I have a friend who needs to see a good psychologist or perhaps a Licensed Clinical social worker. He needs someone in the Seattle, Washington area. Also, a good Marriage, family therapist if you know of one. It's difficult to know who to go to when you don't have a clue about the person. He doesn't want to just pull a name out of the phonebook. He isn't comfortable talking about it to friends so of course he won't ask any of them for recommendations. He would like someone really good. If you know of someone, can you share some of that persons good qualities as well. Thanks!

9 AnswersCooking & Recipes1 decade agoWhat are you perimenopause symptoms and treatments?
I'm 43 years old and seem to be starting into perimenopause. Tonight I have tingling in my cheeks and a hot feeling, although I'm not hot to touch. I don't know if it's symptoms of perimenopause or to do with my thyroid. The thyroid is gone and today they said my thyroid is low so they are increasing the dose. I hope that helps. Has anyone else experienced that with perimenopause? The hot flushing has gone on all evening. I'm tremendously tired lately during the daytime. I don't have health insurance so my doctor is treating me conservativly.
5 AnswersWomen's Health1 decade agoA question for people who have had their Thyroid removed?
I'm curious what your experiences are now that you've had your thyroid removed. What kind of dose of medication are you on and how long did it take to regulate it for you? Did anyone go Hypo thyroid before they got the right dose and do you remember what your symptoms were? I had one half of my thyroid taken out about 5 years ago and then the other half this past April. I don't have health insurance right now but I did get it checked via blood test and the doctor is taking my dose up from .88 of levoxyl to 1.00 mg per day now. She thinks I will need more but she wants to step it up slowly. Thanks for sharing.
2 AnswersOther - Health1 decade agoCan you share?
Did you ever read a poem that reached into your soul or spoke to your heart in a passionate way or clearly touched your soul on a deep level. Would you share? I love poetry and beautiful quotes, I collect them. I find great solace when I lose myself in them. I can spend endless hours reading and dreaming and thinking. I too enjoy writing somtimes. I was listening to a passionate song just now, sitting here quietly answering questions and suddenly my mind was drawn away to something more beautiful. Share your beauty with me.
2 AnswersOther - Arts & Humanities1 decade agoWhat site online gives the best rates for flying?
I need to purchase a round trip ticket from Redding, CA. to Seattle Washington. I've looked at the usual sites, Travelocity, Orbitz, Hotwire, Cheaptickets, Priceline. Does anyone know of other sites that offer really good airfare rates? I'm 7002 miles short for this trip with my air miles. It appears to be less expensive to purchase the air fare over buying air miles. Thanks!
5 AnswersOther - United States1 decade agoShould he ask for a divorce after nearly 30 years of marriage?
Is it bad for a man to ask his wife for a divorce after nearly 30 years of marriage when all they do is exist together? My friend has no sexual relations with his wife anymore. They eat out because she's to lazy to cook. If they eat in it's only because he cooked! She won't clean the house. He does it. He works a full time a job. He cares for the yard. He has no life. They don't fight but they're indifferent to each other mostly. They don't share anything. They don't go anywhere together just to be together. The marriage is loveless. He say's he isn't happy but he feels bad to ask for a divorce because he also isn't mad at her. He just isn't happy. He loves her but he's not in love with her. I suggested counsiling but he say's no. He say's the love isn't recoverable. I don't get it! So, what do you think?
