    Ok so whenever I wash my hair and get out of the shower the top part is already dry and the rest is wet so when my hair fully dries the top part is really dry and frizzy. what should i do?

    and just so you know i dont wash my hair every single day i wash it every other day and i already use leave in conditioner and im doing everything im supposed to. why is it still so dry?
