I use to be pretty fat so then I decided to finally do something about that so I start to exercise a lot more. I've lost like 40 pounds and I'm just about at where I wanna be. The thing is I run a lot not work out so I've lost a lot of weight and now I have skinny arms. I wanna start lifting and I was told to try muscle milk or other workout sublimates. I still have a little belly fat and I was told that stuff will just add more belly fat. What should I take

Ok so I'm a 19 year old guy and I'm taking some time off school to find a good job and make some money. I've got two interview this week and I'm confidant I can get either one I want. The first is to work with Aflac. I was too sure what it was when I applied but I looked it up and it didn't get as many great reviews as I thought. Some people called it a scan cause you have to pay for classes and stuff and its based off 100% commission. The other job is to work as a teacher associate at a daycare called bright horizons. I hear it can be a fun job but the pay isn't too great. Which should I choose?

I responded to an ad on CL and the guy emailed me back. He talked about the NWH company he works for and is in need of an assistant. He said he's on a business trip and will be back in a couple weeks for a formal interview but in the mean time he said he's got a task for me to do. He said I would get paid $500 weekly. He sent me an email asking me to signed and email back an employee agreement form (in which I did and not regretting). Well anyways the task said that he was gonna send me a check today and wanted me to deposit 500 from it to my account and take 1800 and take it to walmart and put it in a moneypak card and then send him the codes and receipts. The check actually came in today and idk what to do. I've been really desperate for a job and wasn't thinking before but now I'm just confused. He's given me a real name, pic of him and the company seems real.

I've recently started to exercise more and right now I've been running on the treadmill. Today I tried the exercise bike and liked that better, mostly because I can read a book at the same time. Its not easy to run and read. I'm trying to lose the belly fat I have and I've been told that the bike only tones your legs. If I ran on the treadmill and lost 300 calories, is it the same as riding the bike and losing 300 calories?

I'm an idiot and bought the game at gamestop because it was cheap to later find out the servers were shut down so I can't update the roster and add the rookies. I got the game so I could play with Kyrie Irving as a rookies and he's not even in the game! Is there a way I can download an updated roster without the 2kshare thing cause its down? thanks!

I'm sure it's nowhere near done yet but I was wondering around when would it come out? Also has Em talked about any artists he's featuring on it? I'm a 19 year old guy and I've never smoked weed or cigs before but I occasionally smoked a real or B&M cigar. I would say 1 every month probably less. My friends tell me I can get cancer from smoking just one, which I don't think is true. I was wondering how badly I am hurting my body? Also today at a gas station there was a sale on a 7 pack of B&M filtered tip cigars shorts for 1.99 so I was like wth and bought it. Are the filtered tips better than the non filtered? The pack will probably last me 3 or 4 weeks. Again I hardly ever smoke. My friends are scaring me saying I'm seriously hurting my body and I wanna know the truth. Sorry I wrote so much.

I'm a second year college student and I still have no idea what major to choose. My parents are pushing me towards an engineering major (probably cause they make money) but I just don't like all the science and math I would have to take. I just don't think I would like it. Online I found out about the poly sci major and was wondering what jobs I can get other then becoming a lawyer and how much they make. Please help I'm totally lost.

I'm a 19 year old guy and I work opening shifts at work that begins at 5 am and I never really have time to eat a good breakfast. I always get really hungry by 8 and I don't get a break until 9 or 10. Also I'm trying to lose weight so I'm wondering if there is something I can eat that will keep me full for a long time and will help me lose weight. Someone told me to try the slim fast shakes but I don't know if it really works. I've heard of some of those oatmeal bars are good but I don't know which help lose weight. Please help! I'm pretty sure Islam says that it is haram to be gay and support gays but I'm not too sure. What Does it say about supporting gay marriage? I honestly don't agree with homosexuality but I just want to know what the religion thinks.
