How can I tone up after weight loss?
I'm 5'7" and about 129lbs. I lost 60lbs and have kept it off for about a year now. I lost a lot of the weight really fast, so my skin wasn't able to catch up. I don't have a huge amount of skin left over, but I would like to tone up a bit. My upper abs are beginning to show, but I'm having issues with my lower abs. Also, I want my arms, legs, and back to be sleeker. I do have an ab lounge sport and a small stair step machine, but I want more variation and ultimately results. How can I achieve this without a gym membership?

Since June of 2007, I've lost about 60lbs. I'm 16 going on 17, 129lbs, and 5'6". Should I lose more weight, tone up, leave my weight alone, or a combination of the 3? Honest answers please. I've posted pictures, and sorry for the dirty mirror :P.
