So if you've read the Twilight series (just one or all--it really doesn't matter) then hopefully you'll know what I'm talking about.

I've found that after reading the series that I'm like in love with Edward Cullen (not like oh my god Edward is my boyfriend dilusional crazy type thing) I know it's foolish because he's not real but any boy i like i seem to be comparing to him.

I know no one can be as perfect as Edward because he's a character in a book but i find it amazing how Stephenie Meyer could write such a character so brilliantly that people just fall in love with him.

I'm not asking your opinions because i know he's not real and that i shouldn't compare people with him.

I'm just wondering if there's anyone else that has read Twilight and feels this strange sensation. And if you have then just know that i don't think you're crazy, lol.

What was written so well that you actually felt the main character's pain?

If you have, what was it?

The one i read was New Moon, which is the sequel to Twilight. I won't give too much away in case you want to read the series but when the main character, Bella, was hurting and felt like there was a hole in her heart couple of chapters in, I actually felt that way, too.

I highly recommend the books. They're by Stephenie Meyer.

And there's a bunch of other books that made me cry (The Pact, Specials) but not in the way this one did.

So do you empathize with well written characters?

Okay so i was watching Idol Gives Back and they have like alicia keys going to africa.

And she's like oh my god, this is so sad a terrible

Do they realize they're rich?

I do this thing where i just keep chewing the inside of my mougth and picking off little bits of skin. Now i don't keep doing it until it hurts (that much) but my gramma said that if i keep chewing it then i could eventually get mouth cancer.

So does anyone have any ideas about how i can stop chewing my mouth?
