My last job I worked at was a temporary position and I only stayed for a little over a month.

Though, the company owner there was a complete lunatic and would always put me down! I would show up early and go home late because I was working so hard. I put my best effort into my job, and to be quite frank.. I did a FANTASTIC job!

But no matter how nice I was to her in return or how hard I worked, she ALWAYS had something absolutely RUDE to say!! So, when I was let go (because it was only a temporary position) she told me, "You are the WORST employee I have EVER seen! Now you can go home, *****." I couldn't believe what I had just heard! After I had gotten all my things together and started walking out I screamed, "Good! I'm glad I don't have to work with you anymore CUNextTuesday!" With out the saying. lol.

I know! It was HORRIBLE of me! I just couldn't take her snobbyness anymore!

Anyways, this is my problem. I'm filling out an online application and I have to fill in my previous work experience. I don't have much work experience anyways so I NEED to put them down. It specifically asks, "May we contact this employer? We will contact current employer with your permission only" I checked no. But then it says, "If no, please explain."

Obviously I don't want my potential employer and my old employer to talk.. So what can I say that won't look horrible on my end?? && I know for a FACT that if I let the two talk then the old lady will talk a whole bunch of crap about me.

Please serious answers only!

Also, do you know if The Outback will call old refrences. Or if you check no on contacting your previous employer will they call anyways?

I've heard beoming a vegetarian really helps with weight loss. So, I want to give it a try!

I'm 17, 5' 5", 150 lbs, and have a BMI of 25. Which is JUST entering the over weight range. (24.9 is the end for a healthy BMI.)

So, I want to cut out all meat, but I DON'T want to become a vegan. I love my eggs, milk, and all dairy products. Especially yoghurt. Becoming vegan is out of the question. I also don't like the fact that I'd eat animals that have passed away or lost their poor, precious lives due to humans being greedy.

What I want to know is what is the easiest way to make the transformation. Tomorrow we are getting our groceries.. So I would like to know what I should put on my grocery list. Is it easiest to go cold turkey off meat? No pun intended. Should I just eat less & less meat every day? Well, I don't really eat much meat anyways. I'll eat a little for Sunday dinner.

I've also heard that woman need the vitamins and good stuff that's in meat. Should I get vitmans? & What kind? What else should I know about becoming vegatarian??

ok, so I am terrible at math. I need to find out how much my paycheck will be after they take out taxes..

Before taxes my check would have been $160. And, I selected 1.8% to be taken out of every paycheck to be put towards taxes.

So it's not really a question, I just want your guys ideas!

So, what I want is things like - to do an at home hair treatment; once every two weeks wash you hair then leave the conditioner in for 20 minutes. OR

Beauty regimines(sp?) - ie; Before bed I drown my face in lotion. When I wake up I wash my face, first use foundation, blah blah blah. OR

Certain ways you really like to do your make up or SERIOUS ways of losing weight.

Hell, maybe you can even refer me to a book with these kind of ideas..?

Keep in mind that I have a very proffesional job. So, if you're giving me makeup ideas give me one for work and one for night time or weekends.
