I'm 15, I used to weigh 168 and now I weigh 165.5 and I swim everyday on the swim team. So I burn around 600-800 calories a day from swimming and I eat an egg in the morning and a vegetable fruit shake.

For lunch I have a sandwhich from school with lettuce tomatoes ham spinach Mayo and honey mustard.

that's mostly what I eat haha oh yes and a small cup of fries with my lunch but it doesn't interfere with my diet.

I noticed I really lost weight on my side rolls which used to be much bigger, but I used to have a pushed out stomach but it was flatish.

Like its a fat stomach pushed out but not a curve or anything. Its flat but pushed out.

Why is it a bit thicker?

Haven't lost muscle I know that for sure.

I also drink 8 cups average of water a day

I have had two parakeet for 2 years, petsmart told me one was male one was female. Long story short after 2 years I look at their ceres, and the females was blue and the males was brown and I'm like what? So I thought for 2 years I must have got them confused.

I bought two other parakeets and one of them has a dark royal blue cere (yes he's in heat he's an obvious male he's really mean too) and the other is a females she has a brown cere.

All are about same age.

So now we have 4 parakeets:

Two yellow ones:

Both have a brown cere

A green: used to have a blue cere its now brown

A blue one: royal nice blue

So 3 brown Ceres and one blue? Um what the heck?

So I have 3 females and one male?

I know for a fact that the male is a make cause I caught him and one of the yellow females mating today no egg yet. I used to think the green male was a male but the cere is brown so I guess its a female?

I'm so confused.

The two yellows are both shy. One of them is really shy and is away from everyone else. The other one has a thing with the male blue parakeet. The male blue is mean and he bites and the green is nice and careful.

So I'm guessing I have 3 girls and 1 guy?

I had two parakeets male and female for 2 years since I got them from pet smart. After the 2 years that I bought them I bought another 2 so they would gave more company and I got them a much bigger cage with a nest box.

The female from before and the new male when they met they began talking and squaking a lot and already kissing...two months later and they are ALWAYS next to each other...

I walked by their cage yesterday and the male (a little bit older than the female) tried getting on top of the female and the female got scared and screamed away.

Next day, the male got on the female and the female let it happen. It happened for a good 10 seconds then they stopped.

They are probably mating at night they have a lot of free time with me at school too.

The female's cere is dark brown and the male's is a nice blue so they are both in heat.

Did they successfully mate? will they lay an egg? When? Thank you.

Also they have supplements in their water, they get daily millets and spinach and they always use their cuttlebone.

Story:

Okay so I had two parakeets (male and female) for two years, I got them a new cage (much much bigger) and with a nest box :) Their names are Kiwi and Lazlo.

I wanted them to expand and make a bigger family so I bought two other parakeets from a guy who lived in a gross trash home, in a gross cage too so Im happy I saved them. Their names are Carlos and Sunny.

The two parakeets I got from him, Carlos and Sunny, carlos is older than all the other birds, while sunny is younger than all the others.

Carlos is really rude when you get near him, and he will sometimes pick on the others, but he and Lazlo (girl) are in LOVE.

I feel bad cause Lazlo and Kiwi used to kiss..but I guess Lazlo moved on...quickly lol

But Kiwi is a bit less social, still jumps around and plays but doesnt play with the other parakeets.

QUESTION:

Sunny is SO SHY! If another parakeet gets near her sometimes she moves, but if she hops on the same perch as the other parakeets they all move? Why? Then I saw 3 of my parakeets on one perch and Sunny on a perch like 5 inches away...

Why is she like that? Why do they treat her like that?

Hi I'm turning 15 in 2 weeks and I weigh 160 so yea I'm overweight but not massively overweight. Just some extra fat but I'm fine with how I look. I want to begin gaining muscle in my biceps and triceps. But I'm new at this whole thing so I could use some help.

I'm gonna go out right now and buy a bar with about two 10 pound circles and two 5 pound circles. Just to start myself off and sorry I don't know what they are called I call them circles. I also plan to buy two 5 pound metal dumbells.

Will that be alright? How many times a week should I do this? I can also try pushups, squats, etc.

I'm trying to build muscle quickly because I don't like getting picked on in school.

Is it true benching is only good twice a week? Is that the same with dumbbells? If you could tell me what I could do every day for a week that would be amazing. I also eat healthily, cereal in the morning and a lettuce and ham sandwhich in school then something small for dinner.

Alright so I'm almost 15 and I have some stuff I wanna sell on eBay but I don't have a credit card or debit card.

I have bought stuff before but with a prepaid card you buy at a store. I don't think people can pay you with that online but I use it to but stuff online.

My femak budgie has a light brown crusty cere and the male budgie has a very light blue cere.

They both have pink feet and they have been with me for 2 years, I got them a nest box 2 days ago they haven't even gone near it but I don't know if they will mate or not. The female gets jealous when the male eats from the millet I give it.

If they don't mate would it be better to add 2 more birds to their cage? If so what color cere male and female of course. Please help answer!! :) thanks

I have two budgies.

One that is Green with a yellow forehead and zebra colored wings (black and white). Its cheek colors are a dark blue or purple. It has a very blue light cere.

One is mainly yellow with a bit of green on its back. It has a crusty light brownish cere.

I put a nest box inside their new big cage and I'm waiting for them to explore it and maybe lay eggs. Any advice?

Which is boy which is girl?

Petsmart told me the yellow is boy and green is girl but that doesn't sound right....I have actually had them for 2 years and I'm just noticing this

So Orochimaru brings back the Four Hokage, Hashirama, Minato, Tobirama, and Hiruzen, but I have one question.

So Orochimaru decides to let the Hokages explain to Sasuke about the village and shinobi and the Hokages and Orochimaru and Sasuke go to the battlefield to help against Madara and Obito...and Orochimaru hasnt blocked their personalities so they can think normally BUT does that mean they are living??

Meaning they are now living human beings again right? Just like Naruto or Sasuke right? Meaning they are now fully alive correct? Or can they just be killed with an un-seal?

Also was Madara also revived like this? Or is he just a reanimation. please help im confused I just dont understand the revival stuff.

I got a recommended expulsion for pulling the fire alarm and having 10 referrals, I got probation for the alarm and my probation officer says he doesn't think I would get expelled cause he has seen really harsh cases where he sees someone getting expelled but he thinks he doesn't "feel" the expulsion reason in my case.

I have an expulsion hearing tomorrow, please only good advice not "oh your so stupid" i know what I did was wrong and I accept it.

Apparently more than 75% of the class (Journalism) is failing because our teacher is just..shes changes the due dates and doesn't tell us when its due and I have a 37% but I barely care because its almost impossible to pass that class.

Im a freshman and I have never failed a class in High school so far, this is a semester long elective, but this freshman year I took two full year elective classes and I got A's in them and along with Ceramics which was a semester class.

so im failing journalism I have an F, but in my other classes I have all B's and like one or two A's.

I accidentally pulled the fire alarm at my high school today RIGHT when school ended meaning everyone was running out to go to their buses.

So yea :( the staff doesn't know it was me but I'm so afraid to tell them and there were no cameras but still...

I got pressured by my two friends into pulling the fire alarm at our high school, it was about EXACTLY when school ended, and only like 3 kids saw, there were no cameras in view or no security guards.

What do I do?? I never meant to actually pull it, they told me it actually doesn't work so I'm like oh okay whatever then so I did it, after 2 seconds it finally went off!

I got so scared but we just walked away as they kept laughing. Please help I don't wanna get in trouble for pulling the fire alarm.

Could I go in to the security's room and tell them I accidentally pulled it? Cause at my old school I actually accidentally pulled it cause it was crooked and I literally touched it and bam it went off then a teacher saw, he came by and just fixed it.

So I ordered 3 things on E-bay on the same time from different sellers, and today the Mail came as usual to our apartment mailbox and I only got one of the things that I ordered, but all three of the tracking numbers say "Delivered" and the item I received says it was delivered at about 4pm and the 2 items I didn't receive says it was Delivered at about 2pm.

But the tracking numbers say "Expected Delivery Date: Monday, April 28" and another thing I ordered from a different site didn't come today as it was "expected" to be delivered today….so I didn't receive anything yet, only one of my packages so since USPS doesn't deliver on Sunday, Im guessing I will receive it on Monday?

At school i pushed a girl as a joke and she got mad and called the police, we are freshman.

The cops came to my house around last November about how it is considered harassment and to not do it and that they will be reporting it to the juvenile department next week and that they would call us or we would receive a letter in the mail.

We received a letter in the mail today!!! Late February! They said it would come around early october, even my counselor said nothing would happen because it usually doesn't take that long to arrive.

I had a problem with the cops one time for something else, but it just put me in counseling and community service.

The letter says

"A report was made by the Police Department which says your son was in a situation of Harassment around the date of November 4 2013"

Could this go any further? I pushed her when she was walking backwards and she wasn't expecting it but I had no intend to hurt her.

SHE DID NOT FALL, just saying but apparently she filed a case for harassment and she is using the excuse that she is special needs. SHE IS NOT SPECIAL NEEDS, all she has is a learning disability.

Hi! Before I start let me say best question gets 10 points! So I am 14 years old and I weight 160 pounds exactly and I am 5 foot 2. I have not been eating so healthy and I am obviously overweight, the doctor says my cholesterol is high, though my heart and sugar level are very good. I dont really work out or do physical activity since my mom is working almost all week I have no choice, I am starting swim team in Fall therefore I need to lose weight. I was thinking of

-No more eating food after 5pm

-Breakfast is just cereal.... Quaker Oats Cereal (like cheerios) Whole Heart Lowers Cholesterol

-Lunch...just salad...or I was thinking just eat the regular things i have for lunch (rice, steak, etc.) but very little

Anyone have any ideas I would love to hear some considering I really need to lose weight. Sit ups? Any way to sweat? Is cereal and veggies good?
