An attorney files a foreclosure action against you in Florida on behalf of an inncorrect lender, can you sue ?
My loan servicing company says this loan company has absolutely nothing to do with my mortgage, which is in good status.
The attorney won't return my calls.
I know I have to go to court with proof and have a judge throw it out, but can I sue the attorney and his loan company ...and how much could I get in damages for this outrage.

There has been a horrible amount of false and fraudulent business practices enticing people into really bad mortgages, who then got foreclosed on. How many did this happen to, and anyone have ANOTHER company scam them by saying they would help them out, when they just wanted to help THEMSELVES out at your expense ???

There's a huge network of phone sex line operators who have 800 numbers you call and get a short message to Call the Talk line, which is actually trying to get you to pay per minute to have phone sex. They operate out of the Philadelphia area.
What do you know about them..are they doing illegal things ?
