Acer aspire One D255 notebook not working for me!?
I took my Acer aspire One D255 notebook on holiday in Spain and used it on my user account. Since returning my account will not open but I can access it through my daughter's account which is a slow process. Any ideas about how I may regain my own account through the normal way would be very helpful.
2 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks6 years agoWhat are the tax implications...2 years ago we were to move house on the day of the move my husband left me ....?
and has since remained in the old house I am in the new one. We live separately now. Although we are in our 60s neither of us have made a will (my husband is reluctant to leave me anything preferring everything to go to our daughter). My worry is where do I stand (from both a tax and inheritance standpoint)given the current situation and should anything happen to either of us(I worked and saved my entire life and paid for about 90% of everything we own).

3 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police7 years agoPower of Attorney in Goa?
Many years ago,my father gifted a piece of land that he owned in Goa to his cousin. However a third party is now making a claim on that land via the courts. My father passed away a few years ago, and now the cousin wants my mother to complete and provide a number of documents, IDs, signatures(which must be witnessed by embassy officials) as part of the revised Power of Attorney. Does anyone know what all these documents are?
Also as my mother is 85 years old it will be near impossible for her to go to the embassy as she has mobility problems.(We live in the UK).Can anyone else attend instead?
1 AnswerLaw & Ethics7 years agoMy marriage was only consummated for the first 7 years out of the 26 years we were together. Is it voidable?
My husband refused to consummate it after my daughter was conceived. Additionally he had depression during the marriage which I would like to now declare as voidable. Would this be possible?
