  • I'm scared that I'll go crazy.?

    I'm always scared that in my future I'll be a murderer or a rapist. And I get so scared... I'm also having a surgery in 8 days, my mom tells me it's because I have a lot on my mind and because of my surgery. And once the surgeries over with, my anxiety about it will go away. I also watched black swan recently, and I'm scare I'll be crazy like that. I sleep fine, I don't stay up thinking about it. I just don't like being a scared about it period. Someone please help. Thank you.
