I just want to play Super Smash Bros with my friends.

Here's the specifics:

I have two computers in my house, both with firewalls. However, the one has xp and the other vista. I don't want to turn it off for obvious reasons so that is out of the question. My wii is hooked up to the internet and gets all the wii channels. I just can't play online. My router is a Westell 327W. Can I use a LAN adapter. What do I have to do?

I checked out my dvr the other day for the episode of South Park I just downloaded from On Demand (I have DirecTv). I noticed that from the previous day when there was 22% of free space that there was now only 5% available space. I scrolled down to delete some movies and I found that the DVR deleted 19 movies by itself! I was furious. I have no idea what's going on. So I ended up with about 20% once I deleted some movies.

Then Friday night I recorded a 3 hr football game in SD. The following morning when I went to watch it, there was 3% of free space left. There was also 35 movies gone! Does anyone have any idea what's going on? There's no way that football game took up that much space even if it was in HD. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok. I dated this girl for 11 months. We loved each other. Then for the past 2 months of the relationship, we started fighting. I broke up with and she was devastated. I didn't know I meant that much to her. I didn't know she was so upset.

Anyway, We talked to each other for the whole week after with the intent of getting back together. Then we had another fight so I called off the whole thing.

She found another guy. She's just talking to him but she really likes him. When I found out I tried to win her back but it made things worse. Now she won't talk to me. I try to text her and she either won't reply or says she doesn't want to talk. I realize i should have given her space. I don't want to forget about her. I can't tell her how i feel because she won't listen.

I have the Searchers and Monty Python and the Holy Grail on dvd. Both claim they are widescreen. However when i play them on my widescreen tv they fill the screen. is there settings i can change to achieve a widescreen picture?

I have some dvds that i would like to upload. (Don't worry they're not copyrighted movies). I need ONE FREE program that i can download so i can can convert it to a youtube accepted format.

You guys probably don't even know what they are but I would describe them as the definite version of a film on home video. I do not own any but would like the ones from bergman and kurosawa, the Grand Illusion, Rififi, and the Third Man. Thanks in advanced.

What DVD do u own that you watch over and over. Can you revisit the extras? Is the transfer clear. Does it sound awesome when an explosion occurrs?

the other day the power went out here. I wasn't playing my wii when it happened but now it won't work. It's plugged in and everything but the power light is not on. This has happened before but it always comes back on. My wii is plugged into one of those power strips. The power strip is on and everything plugged into it is working.

I recently brought my n64 out to play it again. There were only 2 games that didn't work- Banjo Tooie and Mario Party. They would work for 10 minutes and then the video would freeze but the background music would keep playing. When i turned banjo tooie on i erased all the game files and started a new one. It's worked ever since then. What's wrong with mario party. I just cleaned it with a q-tip and rubbung allcohol. And don't tell me to blow on it
