I finally learned how to crochet 40 years ago. I design, teach and crochet to make myself happy and to create things for people in my life. I garden as soon as it is warm enough to be outside and am as happy pulling weeds as planting and tending - OK, so I would be thrilled to live in a weed free garden, but I'd rather pull weeds than do housework. I do most of my own home maintenance and delight in a job well done.
