when I sync new albums or tracks to my ipod touch it sometimes removes tracks already on my ipod. Then they have an exclamation beside them and wont sync? any ideas

this has just suddenly happened, it will switch off with the sleep/wake button but will not switch on again until plugged in. also when pressing the sleep button the volume has started to appear on the screen. any help appreciated

I mean what do I buy to lighten it so I can then put a medium brown in it

I was on holiday recently and I noticed a few girls were using baby oil while sunbathing, I was just wondering if anyone else had done this, I was amazed as I would imagaine that would burn so badly!! This was in Tenerife so the sun was very strong.

I was taken on a hotel manager. I employed 2 chefs who then took on the lease of the hotel. I was contracted with original owner and contract said he needed to give me 2 weeks notice if he was ending my employment. He gave me 5 days notice. Chefs wanted me to stay and work for them, we verbally agreed new pay rate and conditions.

The day before they were due take over officially I had an argument with one of the chefs, I might add that this was in a social situation as we were not at work at the time.

The next day I went in to see him and tried to make right our relationship where he refused and said I was no longer required. Do I have any recourse with either my original employer or the new ones.

everyone I seem to talk to got a tax rebate last week, but me! at my previous employer said it was something to do with the government changing the way we pay tax and everyone should have got one......
