I need a clue or riddle with the answer as Hedwig?
My husband loves Harry Potter and his car is white and named Hedwig for Harry's owl. I'm making a Valentine treasure hunt for him, and I need a clue about Hedwig to get him to look for his next clue in the car. I'd love some help. Thanks!!
2 AnswersJokes & Riddles7 years agoWhat if special warranty deed was filed in different county than property?
We are seeing an attorney on Monday, but I'm dying to know if anyone has been in this situation. My husband divorced his ex-wife in 2009. She wanted the house, he let her take it. His attorney had us file a special warranty in the county we were living in, not the county the home was in. The divorce decree gave her a certain date to have his name off the mortgage, but she could not refinance or sell. She has now filed bankruptcy and is surrendering the home because she could not get his name off (which I think is bankruptcy fraud because she can afford the mortgage.) She also has already moved out of the home. A title search shows my husband is still listed on the deed as the owner with her. If she surrenders the home he is still responsible for the mortgage, so if he is still listed on the deed, can we just take the house if she's surrendering it? Can we cancel that special warranty deed or is it voided since it was never recorded by the correct county? I am terrified that if she is allowed to discharge the mortgage debt, we are going to be in a financial catastrophe if we can't take over the mortgage and house.
1 AnswerRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoTwins or multiples and early pregnancy?
This is my third baby. I ovulated last Tuesday 8/4 and I got my first positive one week later, this past Tuesday, 8/11. I'm already getting morning sickness and the twinges in my breasts and lower abdomen as well as pure exhaustion.
So with my first two babies, I had nothing like this until nearly 8 weeks pregnant and really didn't feel pregnant til about that time as well. My last pregnancy was 6 years ago.
This time around I'm only 3 weeks and getting all these symptoms now, and I'm wondering if this could be a sign of multiples?
Did anyone have a similar experience and end up with twins?

Does anyone know when it will be available for purchase? Like on iTunes? Will they release it earlier than the album?
Thanks!
5 AnswersOther - Music1 decade agoWhen writing a story does it take its own path?
I am working on my first novel and have never written something this long. I have had the idea and premise for quite awhile, and I've been fearful of actually doing it. But I'm finding it's flowing nicely and the plot is going along quite good.
However, it seems to be taking on a life of it's own. It feels so completely unexpected, like I don't even know what's going to happen next, but I kind of like it. Does that happen to you when writing? I guess I'm wondering if this is a good thing, lol. Thanks!
3 AnswersBooks & Authors1 decade agoIs there an official definition of biweekly mortgage payments versus semimonthly and monthly?
We just refinanced our home with our credit union and specifically asked for biweekly payments to pay off faster. They said it would be just a slighty higher interest rate. Biweekly is on our closing papers. Our first payment was made but our loan balance did not go down and our loan officer is claiming it is not really biweekly and they hold the payment and it reduces once a month. I think she's full of ****, that is not what we signed up for and we made clear what we wanted before we applied for the loan and she agreed it could be done. There is no benefit for a slightly higher interest rate this way. She also messed up the first loan payment because it was supposed to be automically taken from our account. I think we have a dumb loan officer as we have never used her before.
I have had 3 car loans with this CU and never had these problems. Those were all biweekly and worked correctly with the loan balance lowering every 2 weeks so I know they know how to do this as biweekly
1 AnswerRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoDoes anyone know of a store that sells Special Effects dye in the Dallas (DFW) area?
Specifically looking for Atomic PInk. I've tried several Hot Topics and they just don't carry it anymore ,and I need by Tuesday for my hair appointment. I stupidly forgot to order.
Is there any Hot Topic around here that does still have it? Anywhere around Dallas/Ft Worth - whatever, I'll drive, lol. Thanks!
1 AnswerHair1 decade agoI need somebody that has Microsoft Word 2003 to help me check something really quick?
When you misspell this word "difficultly" does the spellchecker find it? (The correct spelling is difficulty). It was a typo on my part, and I was counted off on my school work, but I have checked 3 computers in my own home and none of them with MS Word 2003 have caught "difficultly" as a misspelled word.
Thank you so much.
8 AnswersOther - Computers1 decade agoIn Texas, do you have to prove to your employer you have other insurance if declining?
I have insurance through my husband's company. My employer says we need to fill out the enrollment form and check "reject" if we are not wanting their insurance. This form also says if you are rejecting, it wants the name, addresses and policy numbers of my health and dental insurance from my husband's company. This seems like invasion of privacy to me. Is this legal?
4 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoWhat are the best mortgage companies for refinance in the DFW, Texas area?
A few years ago my stupid husband got a bad refinance loan - really bad, I don't even want to admit the interest rate. He got in over his head with our credit cards, didn't tell me, and looked for a way to get it together and picked the mortgage to cash out. I was a young wife who went along with it and signed the papers at closing, very pissed off. So I woke up and took over the finances and now our credit is great and I want to get rid of this horrid subprime loan. It pisses me off every time I pay the mortgage.
So...I began this process last year was lied to about locking in the rate after I paid $400 to lock it and so I abruptly stopped the refinance. This was a company I found through Lending Tree. So I want to do this with a decent company, preferably a mortgage company not some middle man mortgage broker. Does anyone have a recommendation? I just don't know how to research to find a good one.
5 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoIs a sewing pattern infringing on something copyrighted?
I have a blog where I have sewing patterns and tutorials. I made a little one sentence blurb on a blog entry from several weeks ago that said I was working on a doll sewing pattern, a half animal/human doll. This is for a style of waldorf doll. I had never seen one aside from the pattern I am designing, but someone who has made these types of dolls and sells them says I am violating her copyright and to "not copy" her original design.
My end product will be a sewing pattern not a doll to sell. And I had no prior knowledge of this person's work nor seen her work until she emailed it to me. So how can this be a violation of copyright?
She gives me the impression she thinks I bought her dolls (over $100 a doll), ripped them apart and copied the pieces into a sewing pattern. I've been designing this pattern very sporadically for years by designing the pieces and then sewing it up to see if a particular design works best.
