Suppose a power supply of 24 v dc and I measure -24 with the ground it shows 0v. Why doesnt it show -24 as that should be the voltage with reference to ground but when I measure +24 with ground my meter reads +24 v dc. Why is that. Also the labels on power supply negative is marked as 0v. How can it be 0v. It suppose to be -24. Please help me clarify this.

PLS HELP. I CONNECTED MY TV TUNER CARD TO MY RECIEVER THROUGH RF CABLE. THE THING IS I CAN WATCH ONLY THE CHANNELS WHICH IS DISPLAYED ON MY TV.
