I want to consolidate my credit card debt...?
I owe $1600 and have budgeted two payments of $450 a month (so $900 a month total), so I will be able to pay it off rather quickly. I want to consolidate my debt from two credit cards into one small loan in the meantime. Should I do a 0% balance transfer (which expires months from now so I won't be caught with the regular interest rate) with a 4% transaction fee or move it to a loan with a 12% interest rate with no fee? Where will I save the most money?
3 AnswersPersonal Finance9 years agoDreaming after surgery?
Both times that I have had surgery and under general anesthesia, I have been asked by the nurse (after I woke up) if I had dreamed. Both times I had. Why would they ask me that? I did dream, but it was always right before they woke me up.
2 AnswersMedicine1 decade agoSinus Pressure While Flying?
OK, I fly a lot and hardly ever have any problems. The last two times I have flown after I have had a sinus infection, I experienced the worst pain ever. The sinus pressure became extremely painful and my top teeth went numb. But, after minutes and minutes of agony something in my face, close to my nose, burst, or popped, and suddenly my sinus pressure melted away and my teeth got their feeling back. What was it that popped or burst? It was not my ears. This was in my face by my nose. Just curious...
1 AnswerOther - Diseases1 decade agoI am not forgetful, but my memory is definitely not as good as it used to be - and I'm only 30!?
Help! I am not forgetful at all, but my lack of memory is beginning to scare me. I can picture what certain things are, but can't come up with their name. I am also beginning to stammer a bit as I try to remember words. This probably happens once every three days or so. This is not affecting my job or life, it just frustrates me because it is a semi-new problem and I am a smart person! Should I be worried?
11 AnswersMental Health1 decade agoWhat to do in NYC (other then typical touristy stuff)?
I have been to NYC many times and have done the typical toursity stuff several times over. I will be there again over Memorial Day weekend. Any suggestion on NYC type stuff to do that isn't very touristy? Or any undiscovered (less toursity)gems I have to visit? Thanks!

I'm 29/F single and want an adventure. I'm thinking of moving to the D.C. area. Are you from there? What do you like/dislike about it? Is it easy to make friends there?
3 AnswersOther - United States1 decade agoWhere can I get a picture of a state sign online?
I would like to get a picture of the new New Jersey state welcome sign (the one that looks like a postage stamp). The problem is that I have to get it online as I don't live there anymore and can't take it in person. I have tried to locate one online and have not had any luck. Remember, it is the new sign I am looking for. Any suggestions?
2 AnswersPhotography1 decade agoShould I be worried about my inability to find the right words and how I am beginning to stumble over my words
I am 28 years old and relatively healthy. As of the past few months I have been stumbling over my words and have had a hard time recalling some words. This is worrying me as I am not usually like this. Am I making a big deal out of nothing? Am I just getting older and this is a fact of life? What should I do?
7 AnswersMental Health1 decade agoOK all you Brits out there...please answer! Just curious...?
Why do British people wear hats (homemade perhaps?) on Christmas? I have seen that on several movies and shows...
1 AnswerChristmas1 decade agoOn the side of my nose (sinus area) I feel a bruising sensation. It hurts when I touch it.?
I have not bruised my nose or sinuses, and I am not sick. It has been hurting for about a month now. This has me baffled. Might I have a sinus infection without the common symptoms?
