crafting as in sewing, knitting/crochet, home projects. etc...

I like the less prissy community they have and am looking for any more like it...

They used to live next door but moved out-of-state and gave no address, only phone number. They have family that picks up checks and cuts the lawn but we don't have their numbers OR addresses... I would think that we would be within our rights to have either an address for them or a phone number for the in-town family for prompt payment and reporting of problems...

I just want hings I haven't seen before, and family recipes are great... Also anything you've developed...

Not recipes that just replace the beef with it, recipes meant for it....

I know it won't have the hands on, I've been cooking in restaurants for 13yrs now and just need the paper-learning more...

I looked on this states health dept. site and found a consumer check where you are supposed to be able to punch in name, address, and owner of all restaurants and find out how they did on inspections... When I looked for a particular local place, there was no listing... Now I don't know what to think!

Is it okay to put salad bar dressings back in the bottle after being on the bar or should they (any dressings that have already been out on the bar) be stored seperately for reuse? In MO, you could never pour what had been out on the bar back into the bottles with the fresh unused dressing and I've only been here (TN) for a few years but can't see where that would be a safe practice...

Some of the places I've worked have not been clean enough in my opinion but w/o the proof on paper I can't get owners to listen to me... I KNOW in MO some of these things would have resulted in VERY low scores...

I've worked with many chefs, and all have mixed dressings together before adding them to potatoes. Right now I'm working for someone who freaked out at the idea of mixing the dressing first to add to the potatoes, he wants to mix in the mayo first, then the mustard, etc... In my exp. that has always resulted in unevenly dressed salads where one ingred. soaks in further than the rest and tends to overmix/break down the potatoes themselves. He kept talking about "solidity" like it was death.... Any advice?

Which is better and why?

Other than title loans and pay-day loans what's available to people who don't have great credit? I know there are cards for people trying to re-establish credit and I know there are loans available just not from who, etc...

Don't have much time for going to school (out of the home) at this point...

Boyfriend had an accident and went to the ER, they said to apply for medicaid but it turns out hardly anyone is eligible. What other programs are there for low-income people over 21 and NOT pregnant?
