Sublet didn't pay. I was living in another state.

She's lied about paying rent saying she had the receipt. Also she has not payed in over two months and I'm in another stTe going to college. She took over my lease (sublet) that I had in good standing when I left. What can I do?

I payed my rent before due time now all the sudden I have money taken out of account for bedbug treatment not rent without my knowledge of any maintance repair costs.

I randomly received 543$ maintanence on rent bill with no knowledge why. Can they do this?

Three months ago I had filed or contacted a lawyer that started a case for bedbugs and their negligence.

Also my 600$ Extra payment isnt showing up on account as a receipt of credit even though it used to.

I used advanced Lying recognition techniques to find out she had talked to another guy. At first she denied it. Then she showed she was lying so I kept digging. Then it went to he texted me, then it went to I texted him, then it went to i said "he entertained me what they used to have". Finding all of this out only by digging and using lie detection methods. Now she won't own it and is giving excuses for not telling the truth when asked like "well you never said" and trying to say what I asked her was a different question then what it was

My lawyer never mentioned payment. Does this mean they only receive pay based on recovery?

I take 30 mg and it calls me down for about 8 hours. Normally I have anxiety at night but in the mornings if I don't sleep good when I take the Meds I could fall asleep after taking it because I feel less/no anxiety. Is this normal among people with adhd? Should it make normal people really hyper?

I'm 24, have been athletic and played basketball in highschool, track in middle school, football at all ages. I discovered when I was 22 I could run as fast as nfl player, (run 40 in under 5 seconds). I have two years if college left and don't qualify to play basketball in ncaa division 1 because of 5 year rule. However I qualify for track. Should I go for that? I feel like I NEED to do some sport.
