I was wondering if anyone could explain in details about Google Adwords. Do you make money off of it or do you have to pay Google for specific words? What is the best way to make money from advertisements on your website? Where do you find these advertisers?
2 AnswersGoogle1 decade agoCan a city force a private home owner to sell their parcel of land for public purposes?
The city wants to build a parking lot for the police department and I have a commercial lot with a house on it that sits right behind the police department. I have heard that they might try and force me to sell my land/house to them. I also have heard that they have done this in the past to someone else for their fire dept. My house is a rental. Can they do this?
6 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoCan the city where my rental is evict my tenant without my permission?
My property manager just notified me one day before Thanksgiving that the city where my rental is at is evicting my tenant because of a few incidences that has occurred at the property (ie. loud music at 3pm, parking violations etc). They have paid their rent on time for the past 3 months. Now the city wants them out by Dec 24th. That to me is not right. Now the tenant is thinking about getting a lawyer to fight the city. I was wondering if I could possibly get into any legal ramifications? Oh..the city said that they have sent letters to myself and my property manager stating they are going to do this. We did not receive anything. Can they do this?
